M&L for Opening cover slab and taking out accumulated Night Soil, Sludge, or any other solid/Semi solid material, foreign materils etc from septic tank/manhole of any depth including de-watering where required and removing and carrying the same to a distance n. exc 200 mtr from starting point and deposit entire sludge in a trench or excavated pits of suitable size as directed, buried under ground (minimum 300 mm below Ground Level) including necessary excavation of Pits & returning, filing in and covering the pit with earth not less than 25 cm thick in layers including sprinkling of Bleaching powder @ 0.50 kg/Sqm and dressing of surplus Soil. ground to slope if required, cleaning the septic Tank and re-fixing the cover slab, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Cleaning of sewage pipe line of size 250 mm dia(bore) drain pipe by means of roading from manhole to manhole and Septic tank to gully trap, etc and well flushing with water till clear flow complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Cleaning of sewage pipe line of size 100 mm dia(bore) drain pipe by means of roading from manhole to manhole and Septic tank to gully trap, etc and well flushing with water till clear flow complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for cleaning of open shaft including gully traps etc of any size in rear side of bluilding including cleaning of grass roots, bushes etc and taking out & removing accumulated garbage/waste material etc to a distance n.exc 250m and burying in pits and refilling the same including sealing with cement if required complete all as specified and directed by Engg-in charge .

Material and labour for cleaning of gully trap/floor trap of any size and removing sludge waste material etc to a distance n.exc 250m and burying in pits and refilling the same complete all as specified and directed by Engg-in charge . NOTE: for item no 4 & 5 - The cost for excavation and earth work for pits is deemed to be included in the unit rate.

M&L for Cleaning of water closet blocks and removing waste material to a distance n. exc 50m and burying in pits and refilling the same complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in - charge. Note :- Item No 01 to 06 (1) The complaints of blockage must be cleared with in 48 hrs. If complaint not cleared with in 48 hrs penality of Rs 500 per day for each complaint shall be recovered from contractor's bill .

Demolition of brick work or stone /boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but exluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles and removing unserviceable material from site of work complete all as specified and directed by engr- in -charge.

M&L for brick work with sub class "B" brick, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 Mtr mean radious built CM 1:4.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan to any radius built in CM 1:4 as in half brick wall complete all as specified and directed by engr- in -charge.

Taking down of cement plaster of any description on brick including raking out joints,hacking for key,scrubbing down with water etc.complete all as specified and directed by engr- in -charge.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement.

Demolition of precast reinforcement cement concrete in ground floor and paving n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level).

M&L precast cement concrete type B1, 1:2: 4 ( using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in cover slab for manhole and similar articles with plain faces and set in CM 1:6.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 6mm to 8 mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cracking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hookings end as and binding with MS wire (Annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia.

Demolition and breaking up 150 mm dia, drain pipes (Salt glazed ware, AC or reinforced concrete) set in cement mortor complete all as specified and directed by engr- in -charge. Note: Excavation shall be paid seperately.

M&L 150mm dia salt glazed stone ware drain pipes laid in trenches and jointed as specified .

M&Lfor cement conrete bed ( 1:3:6 type C2) to drain pipes including packing under an haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and testd in 150 mm bore of pipe all as specified and directed by engr- in -charge.

Cutting into existing manholes for connection new drains pipe for 150mm dia , making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel ( 1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 mix type B-1 smooth finished, and reforming benching as required .

S&F in repair PVC (SWR) pipes, 110mm bore, single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches, n.exc 1.5 Mtr wide & n.exc 1.5 Mtr in depth for foundation, etc, and getting out in soft and loose soil.

Removing excavated soil n.exc 50 Mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 Mtr above the starting point.

M&L for returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick with soils.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30CM inner girth in Cements concrete using extra cement including forms , moulds , mitred ,stopped end etc

M&L PCC Type B0 1:2:4 (12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping or drain.

S&F in repair PVC (SWR) bends any radius, 110mm bore, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC in repair (SWR) bends any radius, 75mm bore, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) junction single, (Single `T`) equal or unequal provided with access door, 110mm bore bends complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair PVC (SWR) floor trap, plain 75mm dia with grating including jointing with solvent cement.

M&L PVC (SWR) gully traps 125/110mm setting and jointing with slovent cement.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section including taking out embedded portion in Pcc and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified & as directed by engr in charge.

Excavation in post holes in soft/loose soil each n.exc 0.5 cum getting out returning,filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layer n exc 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50mtr and making good surface all as directed by engr in charge.

PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (40mm stone aggregate ) as in foundation filling and mass concrete all as specified and as directed by engr in charge.

S & F Mild steel flats for hand rails, wind ties, posts and struts in fencing screwed or welded to shape as directed, including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc., and similar work confirming to Fe 290 gde -E-165 complete all as specified & as directed by engr in charge.

M&L for MS TMT bars 10 mm dia., and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with as specified & as directed.

S&F mild steel screw bolts ( machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one ends and screwed the or screwed both ends each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut exc 15 cm but not exc 22.5 cm long.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type complete all as specified & as directed by engr in charge

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires any type of strand rails ,standing bolts etc including provision of binding wire all as per specified and as directed.

Supply only chain link MS galvanised fencing any size or type all as specified & as directed by engr in charge

Dismantling of GI barbed wire fencing, any type complete all as specified and as directed

S& F galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc as directed.

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on newly untreated surfaces of steel over 10cm in width or girth not otherwise described
