Special Eligibility Criteria

   The Tenderer or its OEM itself should have supplied same or similar category products of same make as per offered make during preceding 3 financial years (i.e., current year and three previous financial years) as on opening of bid, as per following criteria: - -Single order of at least 20% of estimated value of Rs.1766177/-. - Copies of relevant purchase orders or contracts along with proof of supply to be submitted along with bid in support of quantity supplied in the relevant financial year. In Case Bidder participates as an authorized agent, then the performance as required in the bid shall be that of principal/OEM authorizing the agent. It may so happen that the agent has credentials of past supply for a different principal/OEM but this will not be considered as performance in case of change of principal.

Please note that as per latest guidelines. . Non compliance of EMD and SD clause may lead to non consideration of the offers of the firm who are not exempted as specified in the above clauses.,

   Please carefully read para 9.2.4 of ECOR tender conditions uploaded on IREPS website applicable to this tender which is reiterated below- The OEM/Authorized Dealers/Agents must comply with the following conditions failing which their offers are liable to be rejected without further reference: i) In a tender, either the authorized agent/dealer on behalf of the Principal/OEM or the Principal/OEM itself can bid, but both cannot bid simultaneously for the same item in the same tender. ii) If an authorized agent/dealer submits bid on behalf of the Principal/OEM, the same agent/dealer shall not submit a bid on behalf of another Principal/OEM in the same tender for the same item/product.
