M & L, Repairs to pot holes exc 30mm depth & not exc 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scouring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc cutting around edges to a regular shapes, making good by applying tack coat with bituminous primer at the rate of 5 Kg per 10 Sqm, using paving bitumen, putting in premixed bituminous macadam laid/rolled , well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per 10 sqm, binded with 0.09cum of stone chippings 6.3mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings) and compacted to required gradient and camber, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L, for preparation of existing black top surfaces with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc

M&L applying evenly a priming/ tack coat @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm using paving bitumen (VG-10) over prepared surface , complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L bituminus premix semi dense asphaltic cement (SDAC) 40mm thick consolidated thickness but with 5.5% binder content VG-10 by weight of total mix with hot mix plant, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient using mechanical self propelled paver and rolled with pnuematic vibratory power roller 8 to 12 tones capacity, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. NOTE: (i) Bituminous premix carpet will be carried out by using hot mix plant and mechanical paver only. (ii) Work shall be executed as per design mix as approved by GE. (iii) The binder content specified is minimum. Financial effect of any plus variation in binder content during design mix at site shall be borne by contractor without any extra cost to the government.

M&L premix bituminous, macadam with paving bitumen @ 4.00% by weight of total mix, laid/ rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparing bituminous surface of road and marking 2.5 mm thick centre line, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc and the like exc 10 cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour conforming to BS 3262 -1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc. all as specified and directed. Supply and fixing metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B-1 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair for speed breaker plastic body, heavy duty surface mount with nails, in size of 300x350x 50 mm thick Black and yellow in colour complete all as specified and directed.

S&F High Intensity Retro Reflective Sign Board including any type of Sign and letters with lamination, impeccable finish, attractive appreance, Elegant design, Smooth texture, Water Resistant, including Heatex for fixing and complete removal of existing any type of signs etc complete all as specified and directed.
