Supply and fixing in replacement polycarbonate Kiosks box suitable for 3 phase 415 volts AC Supply with 4 Nos AI bus bar weather proof street light junction box of size 300 x 200 x 105mm including MCB SP 6 Amps and connecting terminals 4 way and fixing with street light poles using necessary MS clamps, nuts, bolts washers, lugs for incoming and out going cables, gland for cable etc of suitable size complete all as specified and as directed. Note : The rates quoted shall inclusive of provision and fixing of suitable lugs and glands for cable connection.

Note for item No 46.00 (1) The tenderer shall have to replace the U/s material with OEM material only. The cost of replaced major/minor spare parts included in comprehensive maintenance of contract. Old material will be contractor property. (ii) In case any accident occur of any Indi like Mechanic/Helpers/users during maintenance/operation of above mentioned Airconditioner/unit, contractor is liable to pay compensation to the Indl as decided by the competent authority. Principal Employer will not be responsible for the same. (iii) If complaint is not attended by contractor with in five hour the penality of Rs 1000/per hour to be imposed and amount of penality will be deducted from RAR. (iv) The cost of transportation (to and fro) for all kind of necessary equipment/ T&P shall be arranged/brought by contractor to complete the job at site, stationary for maintenance of record. no extra cost shall be paid to the contractor to this effect. (v) Complaint shall be lodged telephonically so contractor to specify the telephone no of contractor representative who will attned the complaint round the clock. After attending the complaint contractor will obtain the signature from rep of User/AGE/GE every day as a token of complaint attended. (vi) The Schedule 'A' consists of Comprehensive, preventive and periodical maintenance of 4 Nos UPS of capacity (60 KVA-02 Nos Sr No. 201311NR0591, 201302NR0420 and 200 KVA-02 Nos Sr No. 201311NR0591, 201302NR0420) make/model Liebert.NXr/VERTIV Energy Private Limited, installed at IMAC station Under GE (AF) Gurgaon. The work under this contract shall be carried out through authorized dealer/ Technician of M/s VERTIV Energy Private Limited only all as described in schedule 'A' special conditions, particular specification, MES SSR and as directed.

Comprehensive and preventive maintenance The work under above item Ser No 46 shall be carried out through OEM of M/6 VERTIV Energy PVT LTD only all as described in schedule 'A' special conditions, particular specification, MES SSR and as directed by GE/Engineer-in-charge Comprehensive and preventive maintenance shall be carried out by contractor through trained Engineer of M/s VERTIV Ltd only. The MOU will be signed by both the parties (i.e) contractor and OEM on a non judicial stamped paper of Rs 100/- duly notarized. All the Bidders shall upload a letter of 'Intent of MOU' through OEM ie M/s VERTIV Energy Pvt LTD in Cover-1 regarding the willingness of MoU to be done between Bidder & OEM post acceptance of the Tender. The letter of declaration will AS PER CONTRACT Documents. Failing which Bidders shall be rejected for bid opening of Cover-II.The successful L1 Bidder shall submit MOU as per format within 07 days from date of issue of Work Order No 1, failing which late charges @0.5% OF CA amount per week from date of acceptance shall be imposed on contractor. The contract shall be liable to be cancelled without any notice under condition 54 of IAFW 2249 if MoU not submitted by L1 bidder within 5 week of acceptance. Un occassion to this Performance Security @ 5% shall be forfeited by Department and work may be get executed under other means. Any Condonation of delay will be adjudicated by the Accepting Officer only. No extension will be granted on the part of OEM causing delay in signing the MoU with L1 bidder.

(For transformer ), 2 No. 1250 A 4P, 50kA (Ics=Icu=Icw for 1s) EDO ACB LSIG with microprocessor based built-in over current, earth fault, short circuit releases, auxiliary contacts, status indication on release, release healthiness indication & ON-OFF-TRIP indication for each and necessary protection CT's of suitable ratings. (For DG )Bus coupler- 1 No 1250 FP ACB 50 kA . The Interlocking in the main incoming ACB's to be done as per the DG AMF Panel Load management & Load sharing is to be done through DG controller & controller of DG shall be interlocked through DG AMF Panel. Note : In this contract, these work's will start after March 2025 as per requirement of the site.

Note for item no:47 to 50 (i) The tenderer shall have to replace all the U/s material with OEM material only. The cost of replacement of minor/major spare parts will not be paid seperatly. Old material will be the poperty of contractor and credit included in the rate quoted. (ii) In case any accident occur of any Indl like Mechanic/Helpers/users during maintenance/operation of above mentioned Airconditioner/unit, contractor is liable to pay compensation to the Indl as decided by the competent authority. Principal Employer will not be responsible for the same. (iii) If complaint is not attended by contractor with in five hour the penality of Rs 1000/ per hour to be imposed and amount of penality will be deducted from RAR. (iv) The cost of transportation (to and fro) for all kind of necessary equipment / T&P shall be arranged/brought by contractor to complete the job at site , stationary for maintenance of record, no extra cost shall be paid to the contractor to this effect. (v) Complaint shall be lodged by telephonically ,so contractor to specify the telephone no of his representative/ technician who will receive the complaint round the clock. After attending the complaint contractor will obtain the signature from rep of User/AGE/GE every day as a token of complaint attended. Note : In this contract, these work's will start after March 2025 as per requirement of the site.

Dismantling and taking down LED Street lights, High Mast lights, Dome/ Gate lights/ flood light fitting and bollards of any capacity, type or size for repair and replacement of worn out accessories and refixing on bracket on pole/wall after repair all as specified . Note- Any spare parts, LED, starter, tools, man power, driver etc for making serviceable is deemed to be included into quoted rate complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Rent for hydra is included in rates quoted by the contractor.

Removing out of carbon particle/sulphate from 9/11 mtr street light pole junction box/light fitting/OH conductor incuding cleaning and refixing properly to make light functional complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Rent for hydra is included in rates quoted by the contractor.

S&F in replacement of Energy saving environment friendly High mast Flood Light with innovative di cast aluminium IP 66 Flood light fitting with 120W LED as light source complete all as specified and as directed. Note: All fixing material is included in the unit rate.

S&F in replacement of Energy saving environment friendly High mast flood Light with innovative di cast aluminium IP 66 Flood light fitting with 100W LED as light source complete all as specified and as directed. Note: All fixing material is included in the unit rate.

Supply and fixed in replacement of integral post top ideal to lit up luminaires energy saving 40 watt LED lamp, with symmetrical light distribution system di-cast aluminium luminairie with high power LED as light source including LED lamp complete all as specified and as directed. Note: All fixing material is included in the unit rate.

Repair/Maintenance of high mast light of any size, oiling of motor of wench, repairing/renewal of burnt out cables, CG box, luminaire and made it functional complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (i) Components & parts to be replaced will be measured and paid separately. under relevant items of sch A (ii) Worn out components will be measured and paid separately under relevant items of schedule.

Supply only spare parts/ luminairies for high mast light are as under :-

(a) Copper conductor cable 10 sqmm x 4 core, 650 V/1100 V, un-armoured complete all as specified and as directed.

(b) M&Lin replacement of control panel for High Mast Light comprising of Timer, contactor, starter, up & down push button in sheet steel enclosure of 3.0mm thick CRCA sheet and fixed on PCC plateform complete all as specified and as directed.

(c) M&L for rewinding of winch motor of high mast light with super enamelled copper conductor and insulating material complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacemnt of automatic timer switch with switches ON/OFF the street lights base on lux level of natural light current rating 40 Amps, 220 Volts, 50 Hz. The sensor based timer should also have over voltage and low voltage trip with auto reset facility the sensor alongwith suitable power contactor, MCB and support terminals should be enclosed in pole/wall mountable enclosure made of rust proof electric shock proof termite proof and FR grade special moulding compounds confirming to IP 54. The contactor MCB and circuit wiring shall have enough capacity to take load of 12 KW equally distributed over 3 phase complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L in replacement for the main reflector is in glass with SS side reflector of motorised revolving search light complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L in replacement of unserviceable LED light - 300 W, beam range 400 to 700 meter, IP 66, High lumon LED ˃ 140 cm/w, PF ˃ 0.95 optical grade PMMA/PC lens reflector, working volt 100 V to 300 V complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L in replacemnt of a faulty parts of existing control panel of revolving search light as per below:

(A) Variable Frequency drive.

(b) Voltmeter with push button.

(c )Fuse set.

(d) LED indicator plate.

(e) Variable resistance pot.

(f) Empty Control panel box (without any inside parts).

Supply and fixing in replacement LED street light fitting 70 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete all as specified and as directed.
