M&L for vitrified tiles light shade 10mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm as in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white/ coloured cement, laid over and including cement screed bed 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified.

Dismantling of ceiling boards including grid of any description fixed in any position with nails or screws etc all as specified and as directed.

S&F for Aluminium powder coated snap grid frame work for ceiling 605mm x 605mm using aluminium anodised sections aluminium sections main tee 36.5X25X1.4mm, cross 23.5X26.4X1.4mm, angle 25X25x1.4mm including cutting, drilling jointing etc complete including 4mm dia of GI hangers wire suspenders fixed with adjustable connectors and providing 6mm thick E-boards (Classic) 605mm x 605mm size Specified by Engr-in-charge and making good etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285 fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.
