Clearing and Grubbing Road Land including uprooting wild vegeration, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth upto 300mm, removalof stumps of such trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per MORD Specification Clause 201 as per Data Book item No. 2.2 (I)A

Construction of RCC Posts/ Refrence Pillers of 150X150 mm M 20 grade cast-in-situ with 20 mm nominal aggregate, true to line and grade, tolerance of vertical RCC posts as per E/C.

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with lift upto 1.5 m transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 100 m as per technical specifiication clause 202 Data Book Item No. 3.3 & 3.5 ii

Lime Stabilisation for Improving Subgrade Laying and spreading available soil in the subgrade on a prepared surface, pulverising, mixing the spread soil in place with rotavator with 2 per cent slaked lime having minimum 70 per cent of contents of CaO, grading with motor grader and compacting with the smooth wheel road roller at OMC to the desired density to form a layer of improved Sub-grade as per Technical Specification Cluase 403. As per Data Book Item No. 4.4 B

Construction of Granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401.as per Data Book item No. 4.1(A)-(i) confirming to grading of GSB table 400.1 ( grade-1) by mix in place method

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting 45-63 mm granite stone aggregates Crusher of specific sizes to Water bound macadam WBM Grading 2 specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, crushable screening / Binding Material to fillup the interstices of course aggregate , watering and compacting to the reqiured density as per Technical Specification Clause 405. as per Data Book item No. 4.8-2(A)

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam Sub-base/Base WBM 3 specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, crushable screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. as per Data Book item No. 4.7-3(A)

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.85 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502. as per Data Book item No. 5.1-I Low porosity

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen Emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surface treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503. as per Data Book item No. 5.2-II
