Repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1 sq m each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal)

All as above item No-01 but making good by applying tack coat @ 5 kg per 10 sq m, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per 10 sq m, blinded with 0.09 cu m of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings). depth of potholes exc 30 mm

Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area not exc 400 sqm exc 50mm and not exc 100 mm deep

Preparing Unsurfaced water bound macadam surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt

Applying evenly a priming/tack coat of VG-10 grade bitumen @ 7.50 kg per 10 sq metre with mechanical sprayer.

M&L providing premix bituminous, macadam (using VG-40) mixed in fully automatic hot mix plant with bitumen binder content of 4.5% by weight of total mix laid/rolledby mechanical paver and rolled with 8 to 1 ton power roller and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) all as specified and directed.

Preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt

Applying evenly a priming/tack coat of VG-10 grade bitumen @ 2.50 kg per 10 sq metre with mechanical sprayer.

M&L providing bituminous premix semi-dense asphaltic concrete 30mm consolidated thickness with (VG-40) 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix,rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient semi-dense asphaltic concrete by mechanical paver and rolled with 8 to 10 ton power roller and compacted to required gradient

M & L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like n. exc 10cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions

Supply and fix in repair solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc. all as specified and directed

Supply and fix in repair metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix in repair smart solar tubular dealineator of 1 mtr height,Modal No DA-112 dark eye or equivalent in road star/SNI /ACE polymers/ fire equipment engineers / dish steel fab as approved by GE,of material polycarbonate ABS and battery 1.2 V as per direction of Engr-In-Charge including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed

M & L for new surfaces of stone/concrete and applying two coat of synthatic paint including preparation of new painted surfaces of kerb stone (Road side cement concreting Kerb stone)

S & F in repair Convex mirror 100 Cm dia with stan , Make Road Star/SNI , ace polymers , fire equipment engineers ,dish steel fab or similior product

S & Fixed in repair aluminium composite panel not less than 3.0 mm thick and including covered both side by encapsulated lens type retro reflective sheet(grade 3 M type II diamond grade of make 3M/dark eye/ SNI) green base,with and including all type and any size of writting letters and symbols of reflective type including all as directed by Engr-In-charge.

M&L in repair for identification sign/cautionary mandatory and information sign board area exc 0.60 Sqm and n exc 0.90 Sqm with thickness not less than 3.0mm aluminium composite panel covered by encapsulated lens type retro reflective sheet(grade 3M type II diamond grade of make 3M/dark eye/SNI ) on both side with green base, including writing of necessary letter/symbols of reflective type fixed on and including stainless steel frame of size 25mmx25mm and hang on 50mm dia stainless steel pipe(fabrication work from SS-304 material) of height 2.4 mtr from ground level to top and post embeded in ground with PCC 1:3:6 TYPE c-2 USING 40mm graded aggregate of size 45x45x45cm including necessary excavation and earth work and making plateform of size 150x45x30cm with PCC 1:3:6 using 20mm graded aggregate and covering all exposed surfacess with black colour glazed ceramic tile (joint less) of size (600x300x7mm)/(450x300x7mm thick over and including 10mm thick backing coat in cement mortar(1:4) set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed to match the tiles complete. Note:- The specifaction of board is held with GE(A) Barmer as sketch. The letters and symbols etc on both side shall be as per site requirement of user and as approved by GE. The size and font of wording/ arrow/ symbols as per direction of Engineer In-Charge.
