I. Providing Distribution Main Line - From Over Head Tank/Reservoir to Street Line/FHTC's

Supply, Delivery, Laying and Joining of 63mm OD 4Kgsc Pipe including Earthwork excavation in all clauses of Soils and Subsoils, Refilling, Hydraulic pressure testing, adopting Standard specifications as directed by the Department Officials etc., complete

Towards labour charges for Cutting Open Road pavement surface for Laying water Mains or Sewer line including all machineries and Tools, Labour and all Other incidental charges etc., complete

A. D.Line - Trenches on Pavement

Earthwork excavation and depositing on bank with initial lead and lift in narrow trenches having standard bed width and gradient for laying of pipes for Water supply and Sewerage works in all classes of Soils as directed by Departmental Officers etc., complete

A. D.Line Trenches

Lowering and laying the PVC Pipes and specials to trench , laying to proper grade and alignment, Jointing with PVC coupler and specials fixing with Solvent cement paste etc., complete

Refilling with excavated soil complying with standard specification in layers of 15 cm thick well rammed and consolidated after pipes and specials are laid and tested.

Supply and Delivery of PVC Pipes Specials as per BIS 10124/1988 Part II & BIS 7834/1975, GI Pipes Specials as per IS 1239/PART I/90 with ISI Marks including cost and conveyance of all materials to Site.

II . Providing Free House Hold Tap Connection - FHTC's - 100 Numbers

HSC Connection in PVC Mains for Water Supply Scheme - Providing suitable 63mm x 20mm dia non corrosive engineering plastic moulded Clamp Saddle with SS 304 threaded metal inserted for tapping outlet suiting for ½”, 3/4” &1” clear bore and with wide plastic strap (Engineering Plastic) with SS 304 suitable bolts & nuts. Saddle to have sealing of Thermo plastic elastomeric (TPE) material around.

Common Items for HSC Connection - P-Brass Ferrule as per IS 319 grade of sizes 15mm, 20mm and 25mm size and threaded as per IS:1554 BSPT, ISO:7-1 to suit the corresponding bore sizes of 15mm, 20mm and 25mm dia size ( 1/2", 3/4" and 1") in the saddle Connection as per IS :1554 BSPT, ISO:7-1

PVC Pipe (WITH ISI MONOGRAM) - used for residential and home appliances, water pressure in residential areas do not normally exceed the Maximum tolerance [20mm] - 10kgsc @ 8m average for each FHTC

Supply and Fixing of PVC Pipes and Specials for FHTC arrangements including cost and conveyance labour charges and all other incidental charges etc., complete.

U PVC ball valve with one side compression end and other side female end as per ISO 4422-4 and Tested as per BS 6920,size : 15mm dia for Flow regulating etc., complete

Labour charges for Drilling, Cutting and fixing ferrules in distribution line for HSC connection for Flow regualting etc., complete

Supply and delivery of the MS clamp and fixing in wall in open space with required screw etc., complete

Cutting PVC Pipes and specials at true axis and finishing the end for HSC connection etc., complete

III . RESTORATION - PLAIN CEMENT CONCRETE PAVEMENT

Cement concrete 1:4:8 mix using 40mm ISS HBGS metal inculding cost and coveyance of all materials to site, labour charges for mixing ,laying,compacting and curing etc complete _ Pavement Base Layer

Cement concrete 1:2:4 mix using 20mm ISS HBGS metal inculding cost and coveyance of all materials to site, labour charges for mixing ,laying,compacting and curing etc complete _ Pavement Top Layer
