Replacement of u/s cushion with size 21"x22"x100 mm cool foam cushion of 40 density Make : Kurlon/Century/Sleepwell/Feather foam make including providing initial white marking(Kora) cloth cover inside to stitched and thereafter cover with new tapestry (as per approved sample) and provided with Nylon zip or volcaro suitable for sofa cushions. The cost of acrylic tapestry should not be less than Rs 350 per meter (48" wide cloth)

Replacement of worn out /faded tapestry for serviceable cushions with new tapestry cover of approved sample, duly stitched and provided with nlyon zip or volcaro. The cost of acrylic tapestry should not be less than Rs 350 per meter (48" wide cloth)

Removal of following u/s due to borer/termite eaten parts from Sofa 4 / 5 seater carefully with out disturbing adjoining parts and S & F with new components made of Ist class Teak CP or Paduak TW of A&N island, in lieu of dismantled one, with carpentry joints shown in the drawing in tact tightly fixed with glue, wooden pins and polishing the repair portion to match with rest of the item as directed by the Engr-in-charge.

REPAIRS TO CHAIRS M & L for dismantling of unserviceable components or borer eaten parts of furniture item carefully without disturbing the adjoining parts and S & F with new components Ist class teak wood (Mainland or Paduak of A&N Island) or as per the required sizes mentioned in the drawings. All joints to be fixed with bamboo pins, wooden screws, Fevicol and wooden putty where ever required on completion of repair. After repair, fill uneven surfaces with Bee-wax. Work will be exceuted at Furniture yard located at Haddo.
