Removing old tar felt, all loose dirt,old roof tiles,cement plaster cleaning the concrete surface including removal & cleaning of vegetation, fungus,moss small trees etc from the roof top with wire brush, removing the strips of lightening conductor including refixing the same after repair work and applying neat cement slurry @ 1.5Kg/Sqm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on existing concrete surfaces of roof in CM (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement finishing even and smooth without using extra cement to receive water proofing treatment complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid for separately.

Supply only water proofing compound

M&L for water proofing treatment over RCC slab by applying oil bound bitumen primer @ 0.25 kg/Sqm and providing and laying 3 mm thick APP modified water proofing memberane weighing not less than 3.00 kg/sqm, reinforced with non woven polyester reinforcement matt weighing not less than 160 gm/Sqm polyester core, having soften point not less than 150oC, longitudinal tensile strength not less than 650 N/ 5 cm, tearing streangth of 180 N / 5 cm, torch application, with a overlap of 100mm at the sides and 150mm at the ends and sealing and applying a coat of solar reflective aluminium paint @ 0.11 Kg/Sqm on membrane surfaces complete including carrying out 24 hrs ponding test over the complete treatment. all as specified and directed.

M & L rendering 15 mm thick on concrete surfaces as in ceiling/Chajja in CM 1:3, finished even and smooth without using extra cement including taking down cement plaster on concrete surfaces etc, incl raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water complete all as directed.

M & L for preparing newly plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint on ceiling/chajjas complete all as specified.

S & F GI tubing 15mm bore medium grade, galvanised, ISI marked with all fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors including taking up or down GI tubing 15mm bore and connections complete all as specified and directed.

S & F GI tubing 20mm bore medium grade, galvanised, ISI marked with all fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors including taking up or down GI tubing 20mm bore and connections complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs 15mm bore Gun-metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting existing water tanks exc 250 ltrs capacity and n exc 500 ltrs capacity, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning etc and hoisting if required reconnection and refixing in position.

S & F Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks 1000 lts capacity, double layered (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position including 20 mm dia Ball brass valves, high pressure, with polythene float and flynut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed including taking out existing unserviceable overhead tank of any description and in any position complete all as directed.

M & L for providing circular raised platform for base of PVC circular water tank of capacity 500ltrs of height 200mm extended 250mm from external dia of tank in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for making hole and fixing the metallic packer for injecting hydrophobic PU foam and sealer as per manufacturer's instruction (Avg one metallic packer per Sqm). Make : Build core chemicals, MC bouchmie, Pidilite or equivalent.

M & L for CORESEAL 357A/CORESEAL 357 CAT (foaming agent for carrying out non destructive waterproofing treatment of sunken portion slab, floors and walls of Bath, WC, WHB and floor traps (combined unit) by using construction chemical methods such as 1. HYDROPHOBIC PU GROUTING incl cleaning of surfaces with wire brush detecting the sources of leakages. Make : Build core chemicals, MC bouchmie, Pidilite or equivalent.

M & L for second course injection of CORESEAL 135A/CORESEAL 135B (sealing agent). Make : Build core chemicals, MC bouchmie, Pidilite or equivalent.

M & L for WPT of external walls and newly plaster surfaces by applying two coats of elastomeric coating material after clearing the surfaces thoroughly and sealing all cracks with acrylic sealing compound as per the manufacturers specifications and directions of EIC, Make : Build core chemicals, MC bouchmie, Pidilite or equivalent.
