Providing and fixing tiled false ceiling of specified materials of size 595x595 mm in true horizontal level, suspended on inter locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanized steel sections ( galvanized @ 120 grams/ sqm, both side inclusive) consisting of main "T" runner with suitably spaced joints to get required length and of size 24x38 mm made from 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, spaced at 1200 mm center to center and cross "T" of size 24x25 mm made of 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, 1200 mm long spaced between main "T" at 600 mm center to center to form a grid of 1200x600 mm and secondary cross "T" of length 600 mm and size 24x25 mm made of 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet to be interlocked at middle of the 1200x600 mm panel to form grids of 600x600 mm and wall angle of size 24x24x0.3 mm and laying false ceiling tiles of approved texture in the grid including, required cutting/making, opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc. Main "T" runners to be suspended from ceiling using GI slotted cleats of size 27 x 37 x 25 x1.6 mm fixed to ceiling with 12.5 mm dia and 50 mm long dash fasteners, 4 mm GI adjustable rods with galvanised butterfly level clips of size 85 x 30 x 0.8 mm spaced at 1200 mm center to center along main T, bottom exposed width of 24 mm of all T-sections shall be pre-painted with polyester paint, all complete for all heights as per specifications, drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

GI Metal Ceiling Lay in perforated Tegular edge global white color tiles of size 595x595 mm and 0.5 mm thick with 8 mm drop; made of GI sheet having galvanizing of 100 gms/sqm (both sides inclusive) and 20% perforation area with 1.8 mm dia holes and having NRC (Noise Reduction Coefficient ) of 0.5, electro statically polyester powder coated of thickness 60 microns (minimum), including factory painted after bending and perforation, and backed with a black Glass fiber acoustical fleece.

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) :

Providing and Fixing 0.50 mm thick PVDF (Poly Vinylidene fluouride) both side of aluminium thickness 3.00 mm overall thickness 4.00 mm on walls,in doors & ceiling with proper required haging system and having fire rating of 120 minutes and fixing with silicon tape/ adhessive material as required ,in opening shutters and fixed sections including cutting PVDF sheet as per required at site, preparing smooth surface and making holes/making good as required cutting hoisting and fixing aluminium members etc. complete as directed by Engineer-In-Charge

Providing and applying one coat of cement based ready made wall putty (Birla care/ J.K. White/ or equivalent) including preparing the surface smooth by san papering etc as per directions of the Engineer-in-charge. Consumption of the putty shall be not less than 5 Kg per 10 Sqm. Preperation and application of the putty shall be strictly as per the manufacturers guidelines and as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. The putty shall be applied only after cleaning the surface thoroughly. Required curing shall be done before application of both the coats shall also be sand papered with Amery paper no. 320 No. to make the surface smooth and even suitable for any kind of wall painting. The rate includes all operations and all the material and necessary scaffolding etc. Complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and fixing homogeneous Polyvinyl chloride sheet / tile in flooring and skirting in approved pattern on a smooth and damp proof base using rubber based adhesives of approved quality and manufacturer like Dunlop S-758, Fevicol SR 998 or equivalent including welding of joints if required and rolling with light wooden roller weighing about 5 kg., all complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge, in approved colour and shade including removal of old pvc flooring if required & preparing the smooth surface etc. as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.

Repairs of reveals and jambs of doors and windows with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) including chiseling the damaged area and disposal of mulba in low laying area in CEERI Campus as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Repairs of cracks in walls by chiseling the cracked area upto 300 mm width as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge and filling with mortar in cement mortar 1:3 (1 Cement : 3 fine sand) before placing fibre glass mesh 150 mm wide of approved quality including disposal of mulba in low laying area in CEERI Campus etc as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and fixing in position of 6 mm thick Tamper Proof, Water Proof clear Embossed Polycarbonate Sheets roof light sheets multi layers in specified locations and at all heights with necessary xylon coated self tapping / self drilling screws with EPDM washers at every ribs, etc., complete to match the profile of Aluminium zinc alloy coated high tensile steel roof sheets, as per instructions of Engineer-in- charge. The rate includes cost of poly carbonate sheets ,self tapping / self drilling screws with EPDM washer,silicone sealant at every ribs, and labour charges, all scaffolding charges, tools and plants and all other incidental charges etc. complete directions of Engineer-in-charge.

PART 'B' ELECTRICAL WORK:- POINT WIRING Rewiring for light/fan/exhaust fan point with 1.5 sq. mm FR PVC insulated flexible copper conductor 1.1 KV grade and 1.5 sq .mm FR PVC insulated flexible earth copper conductor 1.1KV grade IS: 694 only of approved make (Group-1) in existing surface/recessed conduit pipe including dismantling of existing wiring, switchboard of any size with accessories/fittings etc. as required.

Labour charges of dismantling the ms conduit with wire safely, after dismantling cutting the wall on same place and recessed the same dismantled conduit with re laying the wire in this conduit making connection, finishing the wall etc as required

Wiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed steel conduit, with modular switch, modular plate, suitable GI box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc. as required.
