Removal of old and unserviceable fabric / Rexene and foam from the seat and back of chair and replacing with new approved quality fabric / Rexene (cost not less than Rs.250 / Metre) and 50mm thick foam of 32 density as per the existing size, quality and design, for Chair revolving high back (Trade Pattern), complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of old and unserviceable fabric / Rexene and foam from the seat and back of chair and replacing with new approved quality fabric / Rexene (cost not less than Rs.250 / Metre) and 50mm thick foam of 32 density as per the existing size, quality and design, for Chair revolving medium back (Trade Pattern), complete all as specified and as directed.

Replacing old, damaged and unserviceable hydraulic steel assembly of approved quality to suit the existing size and design of chair revolving low, high and medium backs (Trade Pattern) complete all as specified and as directed.

Replacing old, damaged and unserviceable base platform with new base platform made of hard PVC of approved quality to suit the existing size and design of chair revolving low, high and medium backs (Trade Pattern) complete all as specified and as directed.

Replacing old, damaged and unserviceable tilting bolt assembly (base plate) with new tilting service assembly of approved quality to suit the existing size and design of chair revolving low, high and medium backs (Trade Pattern) complete all as specified and as directed.

Replacing old, damaged and unserviceable caster wheel 50mm dia for all types of revolving chairs (Trade Pattern) complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparing the surfaces of Almirah large steel with shelves (FD-67 / 1031) by removing rust and cleaning with sand paper and applying two coats of synthetic enamel spray painting, olive green / smoke grey colour, both internally and externally (includes legs, shelves etc.,), complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparing the surfaces of Almirah medium steel with shelves (FD-243 / 1032) by removing rust and cleaning with sand paper and applying two coats of synthetic enamel spray painting, olive green / smoke grey colour, both internally and externally (includes legs, shelves etc.,), complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old and unserviceable locks and provision of new locks of MS 50 mm size, 6-levers of approved quality to suit the existing for Almirah large / medium steel with shelves (FD-67 / 1031 & FD-243 / 1032) , complete all as shown in drawing and all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old and unserviceable locks and provision of new locks of MS 50 mm size, 6-levers of approved quality to suit the existing for Table office steel officer/ clerk (FD- 84/1004) , complete all as shown in drawing and all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old and unserviceable handle and provision of new chromium plated handle of approved quality to suit the existing for Almirah large / medium steel with shelves (FD-67 / 1031 & FD-243 / 1032 ) , complete all as shown in drawing and all as specified and as directed.

Removal of old and unserviceable fabric alongwith foam, lining cloth etc of Sofa set 5 Seater (FD -18) and re-setting the GI springs with new cotton rope of 4 mm dia, Supply and fix seat frame 580 x 590 mm made of 8 mm MS rod and providing new upholstery for seat, back and arm rest with hessain cloth of medium quality, coir fibre and foam cushion 25 mm thick, 40 density covered with tapestry cloth of approved quality and colour costing not less than Rs. 250 per metre, complete all as shown on drawings and as directed. Note:- 5 nos seat and 5 nos back will be measured as one set

Removal of old and unserviceable fabric/Rexene and rubber foam etc., of Three Seater Sofa (Trade Pattern) and providing new fabric/Rexene of approved quality,design and colour costing not less than Rs. 250 per metre (approx. area 8 sqm), stitched to existing shape and design with 20 mm thick foam to arm rest and 100 mm thick PU foam of 40 density to rest of the areas, underneath of seat covered with approved black cloth and polishing the wooden parts with french polish complete all as directed.

Preparing the surfaces of Rack steel of any size (FD-1039) by removing rust and cleaning with sand paper and applying two coats of synthetic enamel spray painting, olive green / smoke grey colour, both internally and externally (includes legs, shelves etc.,), complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparing the surfaces of Book shelf open large steel (FD-69M) by removing rust and cleaning with sand paper and applying two coats of synthetic enamel spray painting, olive green / smoke grey colour, both internally and externally (includes legs, shelves etc.,), complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing old and damaged seat of chair CBA steel with arms (FD-75(M)) and provision of new seat of size 450 mm x 410 mm , with frame size of 40 x 25 mm made of second class hardwood, to existing shape and duly canned with 0.40 mm thick and 2 mm wide plastic cane, laid in approved pattern (i.e., Godrej pattern) , the seat shall be fitted to the steel frame with 6 mm dia 75 mm long bolts, nuts and washers,including painting the wooden surfaces with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer complete all as shown in drawing and all as specified and as directed.

Removing old and unserviceable table tops and provision of new table tops with 18/19 mm thick pre-laminated particle board with teak finish lamination on one side and the other side balancing white lamination, exterior grade, ISI marked, duly fixed with 4 mm thick teak wood edging alround for Table office, Officer steel 1570 mm x 760 mm (FD-84), complete all as shown in drawing and all as specified and as directed.

Removing old and unserviceable table tops and provision of new table tops with 18/19 mm thick pre-laminated particle board with teak finish lamination on one side and the other side balancing white lamination, exterior grade, ISI marked, duly fixed with 4 mm thick teak wood edging alround for Table office, Clerk steel 1200 mm x 600 mm (FD-1004), complete all as shown in drawing and all as specified and as directed.

Repairs and maintenance of Table office, Clerk steel (FD-1004) by taking out drawer, greasing drawer, channels, refixing the drawer without any damage after painting the entire steel surfaces with two coats of synthetic enamel spray paint (Olive green / smoke grey colour) after preparation of surfaces, and including taking down and provision of PVC rubber shoe / bush to legs etc., complete all as shown in drawing and all as specified and as directed.

Repairs and maintenance of Table office, Officer steel (FD-84) by taking out drawer, greasing drawer, channels, refixing the drawer without any damage after painting the entire steel surfaces with two coats of synthetic enamel spray paint (Olive green / smoke grey colour) after preparation of surfaces, and including taking down and provision of PVC rubber shoe / bush to legs etc., complete all as shown in drawing and all as specified and as directed.

Taking down warn out plywood top from GI Charpoy (FD- 220) and fixing of 12 mm thick plywood top (' size 914 mm X 2134 mm), welding of 2 Nos of MS flat iron 40 mm X 5 mm and fixing of plywood top with 3" (76mm) long 6 mm dia bolts with nut and washers complete all as shown in drawings and all as specified and directed.

Taking down warn out plywood top from Charpoy IP folding (FD- 338 (R)) and fixing of 12 mm thick plywood top ( size 900 mm X 1980 mm) and fixing of plywood top with 3" (76mm) long 6 mm dia bolts with nut and washers complete all as shown in drawings and all as specified and directed.

Taking down old and unserviceable locks and provision of new locks of Vertical filing cabinet (Trade Pattern) matching to the existing lock and all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old and unserviceable locks and provision of new locks of Glass door Almirah (Trade Pattern) matching to the existing lock and all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old broken glass of Glass door Almirah (Trade Pattern) and supply and fix 5mm thick plain glass, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square not exceeding 0.5 sq. m in each pane all as specified and as directed.

Renewal of PVC seat and back of chair varendah (FD/MAP-II/06) of size 455 mm X 455 mm with nut and washers complete all as shown in drawing and all as specified and directed.
