REPAIRS TO VARIOUS E/M RELATED ITEMS TO CERTAIN BLDG AND HANGERS IN AOR OF ARMY AVN SQN AND CAATS IN AOP AREA UNDER GE NRC

M&L for carrying out Preventive Maintenance Quarterly for "SUNRISE MAKE" MOTORIZED DOOR- Half Opening : Size : 16m width, 10m height Installed at New hangar = 2 doors, P-145 = 1 door, P-135 = 1 door which includes the following:- (a) Check All connections of conductors at main distribution box are properly conneccted. (b) Check all conductors from main distribution box to electric motor, must not weak or burnt or damaged insulation. (c) Check total electrical panel cabling, must not weak or burnt or damaged insulation. (d) Check all Miniature circuit brakers, must not have loose contact or damaged, must be functioning properly (e) Check all components in electrical panel like RYB indicators, Emergency stop, Push buttons for forward & reverse motion, contactor, Buzzer, O/L relay etc. must have proper connections, functioning properly. (f) Check all joints of electrical conductors, must be tight properly with lugs & fastners.

(g) Check Electrical panel box, check locks & fastners properly tight, make it dust & insects free. (h) Check wire rope mountings, wire rope, cable conductors, cable collector, check welding, check fastners, lubricate cable collector wheel, check electrical festun conductor, for proper functioning. (j) Check guide rollers assembly (i.e. wheel, shaft cirlips, fasteners & self lubricating bearings) check mounting fastners tigtness & alignment. Check clearance between guide rail & rollers. (k) Check fixings of all conduites, MCBs, electrical panel & machine cover. Tight all fastners properly. (l) Check Drive motor- all fastners, terminal box connections, earthing, starting & running current rating, noice, temperature, overload, speed, fan & ventilation. (m) Check worm gearbox- all fastners, any leakage of lubricant, seals, lubricant level, lubricant viscosity, noice of worm & worm wheel meshing, output shaft position, cirlips, extended shaft alignment, key, temperature. (n)Check chain sprockets- tooth must not be grinded above 20%. Alignment & parallelism of sprockets, fastners & key. Check Chain slippage or noice . (o) Check chain- Tight chain suitable to function, extension of chain is allowed max. 3%; so check pitch of tooth & chain links. Check chain lock properly installed, Lubricate chain & sprockets by Spheerol EPL 2 (EN - SDS) (p) Check drive and driven wheels assemblies- check traid diameter & traid width of wheel, wearout must be less than 15%. Check bearings, circlips, axels, fastners, spacers & alignment.

(q) Check Corrugated precoated color sheets- check by noise or vision all self tapping screws, tight if any loose. Attach a same sheet patch at any tored sheet. Seal holes by sealing agent. (r) Check Door panel structure- Check flatness & in a plane, any welding crack, all structural members in position, color damage, machine base frame structure, rail & panel gap & parallelism. (s) Check Bottom Rail & top guide rail- check for top & bottom rail welding crack if any, weld it. Clean Bottom rail. Check Flatness, parallelism equal clearance in guide angles, dent or bend of botom rail if any, grind it & make smooth. (t) Submission of report as per above (a) to (s) duly signed by the contractor and user.

Supply only galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour (as per existing) having tensile strength of 550 mPa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified and as directed.

Supply only cantilever roller with self lubricating frictionless bearings (rollers and bearings of existing size suitable for existing door)

Supply only chain and locking arrangement as per existing size and material.

Supply only axel, bearings, circlip assembly complete as required at site.

Supply only pair of chain & drive sprocket complete as required at site.

Supply only cable Collector & wire rope Assembly complete as required at site.

Supply only main power supply copper flexible cable of size 2.5 Sqmm x 4 core, FRLSH, unarmoured complete.
