Design, Supply, Installation, Commissioning and Testing of 400Kg per hour capacity (Modular Type) floating fish feed manufacturing plant and other allied Civil and Electrical Works at Trout Fish Farming Project Kokernag on turn key basis.

Design, Supply, Installation, Commissioning and Testing of 400kg per hour capacity (Modular Type) floating fish feed manufacturing plant within the existing Civil structure having the dimensions of (L-64ft B-30ft and H-20ft) after dismentalling of existing plant. The plant shall comprise of equitment structure, twin stage grinding, twin screw extuding system with two stage conditioning, drying, cooling, packaging sections, motors alongwith adequate storage bins, bucket elevators, air conveyors with cyclone separators, sieving sysytems, Oil fired steam boiler (non-IBR type), oil dosing sytem for flavouring, micro dosing system for flexible feed formation, water and fuel storage tanks, air compressor, contamination prevention, etc . Civil foundations, pits and platforms required for the plant intallation and operation are included herewith. The work also includes provinding of power back up source (D.G Set) of required capacity along with servo stabilzer. The job also includes electrification of the plant bluiding as specified.

OPERATION AND MAINTENACE: Operation and maintenance of the plant for a period of 24 months by the supplier and during the period imparting necessary operational and maintenance training to the staff so that the plant may be operated efficiently. Maintenance of the machinery installed in the plant for a period of 24 months include skilled person(s) required.

DISMANTLING/SHIFTING OF EXISTING PLANT: Dismantling of old machinery and shifting, stacking at identified site/place.

Demolishing cement concrete manually/by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineer incharge 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Demolishing brick work manually/by mechanicsal means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge: in cement mortar

Providing and laying of stone soling/boulders (Hand Packed ) including ramming, dressing and watering all complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All work up to plinth level. 1:4:8 ( 1 cement:4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal)

Providing and laying in positoin specified grade of reinforced cement concrete including curing but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finsihing nd reinforcement. All works upto plinth Level 1:1.5:3 ( 1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C work indcluding strainghtening ,cutting, bending, placing in position nd binding all complete above plinth level Thermo-mechanically Treaded bars of grade Fe-500D or more @90kg/cum

Supplying and fixing rolling shutters of approved make, makde of required size M.S. laths, interlocked together through their entire length and jointed together at the end by end locks, mounted oin specially designed pipe shaft with brackets, side guides and arrangements for inside and outside locking with push and pull operation complete, including the cost of providing and fixing necessary 27.5 cm long wire springs mu=anufactured from high tensile steel wire of adequate strength confirming to IS:4454 part-1 and M.S. top cover of required thickness for rolling shutters 80x1.20 mm MS. Laths with 1.20 mm thick top cover

Extra for providing mechanical device chain crank operation for operating rolling shuters. Exceeding 16.80 sqm in area

Providing CEMENT PLASTER (IN FINE DAND ) 12mm Cement plaster of mix: ( 1 cement :4 fine sand)

Providing and applying white cement based putty of specified thicknes, of approved brand and manufacturerm over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. 2mm thick

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade on New work (two or more coats applied @ 3.84 Kg/10sqm

Finishing with Deluxe multi surface paint system for interior and exterior using primer as per manufacturers' liter/10sqm over and including one coat of special primer applied @ 0.75liter/10sqm

Carriage of materials by Mechanical Trqansport including loading, unloading and stacking Sand average lead of 20km

Providing CEMENT PLASTER (IN FINE SAND ) 12 mm Cement plaster of mix: ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Filling available excavated earth ( excluding rock ) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundaions etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidating each deposidted layer by ramming and watering lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregatee) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry and curing complete, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. 50 mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate
