Removal of following existing unserviceable steel components of various DB/FD furniture items carefully without disturbing the adjoining parts and S&F new components in lieu of dismantled components including tightening the joints, screwing, welding, glueing, providing hinges,denting, applying putty for levelled surface, placing every part in-tact and painting the disturbed portion, as applicable as per drgs Notes for all items : Work shall be executed where the furniture exist in different User Units of GE Gomantak including BSO's Furniture Yard as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Almirah Large Steel Half Hanging Half Shelf /Cadet steel (FD-114, FD/E6/MAP/18, WDF-49/07)

a) M & L for removing unserviceable 3 way locking system of almirah and S & F new 3 way locking system complete all as shown on drg and as directed.

b) M & L for removing unserviceable CP handle from door shutter and S & F new 125mm CP handle with nut and bolts all as specified and as directed

c) M & L for removing unserviceable leg of almirah and S &F new leg made of MS sheet 1.6 mm thick and fix to its existing position all as shown on drawing and as directed.

d) M & L for removing unserviceable shelves of almirah and S & F new shelves made out of MS Sheet 1.6mm thick and fix to its existing position all as shown on drawing and as directed

e) M & L for removing unserviceable door of almirah and S & door made out of MS Sheet 1.6 mm thick and fix to its existing position all as shown on drawing and as directed.

f) M & L for removing unserviceable hinges and S &F new 75 mm hinges superior quality of trade pattern as per sample approved and as directed.

g) M & L for removing unserviceable lock of almirah and S & F new locks with duplicate key all as shown on drawing and as directed

h) Welding the joint including painting the welded parts to match with existing all as specified and as directed.
