S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws Complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling Wall & ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets. Complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 4 mm thick non asbestos fibres cement building boards fixed or laid/inserted to timber/GI/Aluminium frame work with screws. Complete all as specified and directed.

S&F GI snap grid frame work Size of grid 605 x 605mm for false ceiling. Complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Hangers 6 mm dia. G.I. (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long Complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling framed work in timber scantlings 40 sq. cm and over in section, in any position. Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Second class hard-wood in scantlings timber framed and fixed wrought. Complete all as specified and directed.

Preparing surfaces of wood and wood based materials, new or old of any description and girth, not otherwise described and treated with cresosote oil. Complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles. Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Brickwork with sub class 'B' bricks old size straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6. Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brick works or concrete surfaces, finished the surfaces even & smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation old plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coat of oil bound distemper incl 1 mm thick plaster of paris putty. Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coat of oil bound distemper incl 1 mm thick plaster of paris putty. Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for vitrified ceramic tiles light shade 10mm thick (square/rectangular) polished area of each tiles nexc 0.36 sqm in floors set and joined in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or .coloured cement to match laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 or bedding layer of mortar for laying floor finishes incl dismantling of floor tiles. Complete all as specified and directed
