Outsourcing of services for manning and operation of Lifts installed at MAP Kodariya and comprehensive maint of Lifts at 110 Single Offrs Accn under GE MCTE Mhow

Operation of multiple passenger lifts installed at MAP Kodariya Block No 281 to 294, MCTE Mhow in 03 shifts (each of 08 hrs) (1st Shift 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs, 2nd Shift 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs and 3rd Shift 2200 hrs to 0600 hrs) per day by deputing one lift operator per shift (Total No of Lift operator= 18 Nos) including maintenance and cleaning in lifts as required, taking care of lifts from pilferage, theft, damage and reporting immediately breakdown of lifts to the Engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed.

Note (applicable to Srl item No 1.00 above)

(a) The contractor shall pay to his lift operators in their Bank Account and statement of Bank Accounts shall be submitted to GE for his verification while claiming interim payment.

(b) The rates quoted shall be deemed to be inclusive of minimum wages, all taxes (including GST, GST on works contracts, labour welfare cess/tax etc), EPF for personals employed and also any other levies payable under the respective statutes. The contractor shall be required to submit the documentary proof of Employees Provident Fund (EPF) details for the personals employed. The contractor shall obtain labour license for workmen employed under this contract.

Notes:- i) If the quoted amount is less than the estimated cost for the above outsourcing work i.e. 40 lakhs, then the lowest bidder will have to deposite FDR/BGB in favour of Accepting officer within 10 days of opening of Financial bid for the difference in estimated cost i.e. 40 lakhs & quoted amount. In case the said FDR/BGB is not submitted within stipulated period as mentioned above said amount shall be deducted from 1st RAR and contractor shall be banned for 06 months for issed of tender under office of the GE(MCTE). Above deposited FDR/BGB shall be released only after satisfactory completion of work. ii) Contractor must carryout insurance of the deployed staff at his account. iii) All safety normes/ precauctions will be taken by contractor for workmen deplyoed at site as per Indian electricity Act/ prevating rules in fires. iv) LEAVE :- The Contractor shall deploy his employees in such a way that they get weekly rest and other holidays, if admissible under various laws, which may be applicable in this regard. Leave Reserve in the ratio of 1:6 for weekly rest and other holidays will be provided without any extra charges. v) All the employees including supervisor deployed will be paid their wages on monthly basis by the Contractor and the copy of disbursed statement of adhar link Bank account duly stamped of Bank will be submitted to department, before payment of the subsequent bill.

(c) The contractor will hand over lift to the department in good working condition on expiry of contract period.

(d) The 24 hours operation time 1st shift 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs, 2nd shift 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs and 3rd shift 2200 hrs to 0600 hrs. Three shifts considered as one day.

(e) The operator shall be ITI holder with minimum 2 years experience in the trade.

(f) The contractor will hand over lift to the department in good working condition on expiry of contract period.

(g) The contractor have to provide proper dress and shoe to the operator without any extra cost to the department.

(h) One Lift operator in each shift will look after maximum 04 nos of Lift.

Comprehensive, preventive and periodical Maintenance of 544 kg capacity passenger Lift (G+5) (8 person) (02 Nos) Make : Thyssenkrupp with travelling speed of 1.5 m/s installed at 110 Single Offrs Accn MCTE as mentioned herein after, in reliable, safe and efficient manner using latest techniques and expertise consultancy (by manufacturer Thyssenkruup or agency auth by them). Regularly examining lubricating and adjusting the mechanical and electrical driving equipment, governer sleeve, shaft assembly, bearing/contact/governer jaws car and hall mechenical buttons, car and hall position indicators, car direction indicators and all other car and landing signal/fixtures, deflectors, car and counter weight guid rails and buffers etc. including replacement of defective/spares parts as mentioned in Schedule 'A' Item No 3 to 6 and coverd under scope of MOU as required.

Note : (a) Replace defective parts spares, mentioned in schedule 'A' item No 3 (a to c), is deemed to be included in quoted rates in no extra cost shall be paid to be contractor in this effect.

(b) The comprehensive/preventive periodical maint include monthly, inspection testing as per service manual. The inspection/test report will be submitted to Engr-in-Charge.

(c) The AMC shall be in force immediately after issue of Work Order No 1 commencement date

(d) All the compalints are required to be rectify as per scope of work specified in particular specification.

(e) The cost of transportation (to and from) and other necessary equipment shall be arranged/brought by contractor by complite the job and no extra cost shall to be paid to the contractor in this effect.

(f) The Contractor shall display or his trademen's/employees mob/contect no in each lift car and at lift lobby and updated from time to time.
