Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 mix (one cement five P-sand), 12mm thick in all floors using clean screened M-Sand and including cost of curing for fifteen days from the completion of the work and surface should free from undulations and including the cost of preparing the surface for plastering and protecting from other damages till setting of mortar etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Weathering Course with Brick jelly lime concrete made in Broken Brick Jelly 20mm gauge in pure slaked lime (no M-Sand to be added) laid over roof slab, the proportion of brick jelly to lime being 32 to 12.5 and well beated with wooden beaters for giving required slope and thickness etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Finishing the top of the roof slab with one course of Machine pressed tiles of size 20cm x 20cm x 2cm of approved quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 [one cement and three M-Sand] 12mm thick mixed with waterproofing compound 2% by the weight of cement used and the top pointed with same mortar etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Paving the floor with 8mm thick Double Charged Vitrified Tiles in all floors over a base layer of cement mortar 1:3 [one cement and three M-sand] 20mm thick of walls and floors and pointed with the same colour cement neatly, including polishing with electric polishers to a high degree so as to make it perfectly smooth and showing etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Paving the floor with 20mm thick Cement based Hydraulically Pressed Anti-Skid (EUROCAN) tiles (Pattern design) in cement mortar 1:3 [one cement and three M-sand] 20mm thick and pointed with same colour of cement etc., complete as per standard specification.

Dadooing the walls with Colour Designed glazed tiles of size 300mm x 200mm x 6mm of approved make and quality in cement mortar 1:2 mix [one cement and two M-sand] over 10mm base layer plastering and pointing with white cement neatly etc., complete as per standard specification.

Supplying and fixing Door Shutters for Solid Core Flush Shutters with Teak ply on both side with teak wood lipping alround 35mm thick, single leaf confirming to IS:12406/1989 with 35x12mm T.W. Lipping on all edges with necessary adhesives and CP screws complying with standard specifications. The rate is inclusive of threee coats of best quality varnish but excluding cost of furniture fittings, such as 300 mm tower bolt 2nos, 200mm towerbolt 1 No. 300mm Aldrop 1 No. Alu handle ornamental type 2 Nos and 1No of Door stopper etc complete.

Supply and fixing of Solid PVC door shutters with frame using 19 Gauge 19mm MS square tubes for styles and outer frames. 15mm MS square tubes for top, lock and bottom rails. The steel tubes shall be covered with 5mm thick solid PVC sheets. Shutter using 5mm thick solid PVC sheets for panelling shall rigidly fixed in position including necessary furniture and fittings. The over all size of styles shall be 50mm x 30mm. The over all size of top rail, Lock rail and bottom rail shall be 75mm x 30mm. The over all size of frames shall be 50mm x 45mm with suitable rebate for housing the shutter etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supply and fixing of Stainless Steel (Salem Stainless Steel) Door Frame (Box Section using Stainless Steel Plate of 1.6mm thick) of size 100mm x 60mm with a rebate of 30 / 35mm x 15mm on one side of the frame including supplying and fixing dovetail splayed end stainless steel hold fast etc., complete.

Manufacturing supplying and fixing in position of Steel Window with openable shutter frame made out of steel sections confirming to IS 7452/1990. The outer frames of windows made out of 'Z' section (F7D) of size 25x20x3mm confirming to IS 7452/1992. Mullions are made out of (F4B) 'T' section of size 46x25x3mm confirming to IS 7452/1982. The shutters are individual and each of them can be operated separately. Sash bars are made of 'T' section (T2) of size 25x22x3mm. 2 Nos of sturdy hinges and one number of handle cum ratch of special type are fixed for each openable shutter. Suitable opening is left for its easy operation. One number of window adjustable string with fixing bracket of sufficient length are provided for each shutter 4 No of 40x40x3mm angle fold fasts of 230mm length are welded to the frames at appropriate point. M.S square bars of 12mm size is welded to the inner face of the window at equal intervals not excluding 10cm spacing. All members are painted with one coat of red oxide of primer. Supplying and fixing in position of Aluminium anodised natural colour matt finish louvered Ventilator. The outer frame will be 62x38x2mm @1.174 kg/m and the louvers with moving arrangements will be made with aluminium channel of size 60x30x4mm @ 1.27kg/m with necessary 4mm thick glass pans for louvers, aluminium clips, Alu 'L' angle and metal screws including cost of labour for electrical consumption required for the fabrication, drilling holes in RCC columns with power drill to the required extent and make good to the original condition etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers. The materials should be of PPGI tile profile with a red colour or any other approved design 0.47mm thick 24 gauge having width 1050mm. The sheet should be G.I base pre painted hot dipped galvanized iron sheet and to be fixed with shelf tapping screws and plastic washer. The washer and screws to be fixed by using minute power machine drilled without damaging the sheets paint coating to be regular modified polyester coat with zinc coating of Z 120 GSM paint thickness the finish should be terra cotta finish like Malabar Mangalore tiles finish optional matt finish. The sheet to be fixed with making suitable corrugated, cutting the sheet in to the required size and making ornamental designs as per the site condition and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying, fabricating, erecting structural steel work for roofing welded or bolted type using MS channels, angles, plates and round bars etc., conforming to IS specification including primer coating and enamel painting as per design given by the departmental officers etc., complete as per standard specification.

Manufacturing, Supplying and Fixing of Stainless Steel Hand rails for staircase using 50mm dia 304L Grade Stainless Steel pipe of 1.60mm thick at required locations to a height of 900mm from finished floor level welded to 38mm dia Stainless Steel pipe post of 1.00mm thick as vertical at 900mm centre with 2 Nos. of 25mm dia intermediate horizontal stainless steel pipe of 1.60mm thick in between. The vertical pipe has to be welded to the 100 X 100 X 6mm MS base plate encased in the base concrete.
