Providing / Laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specified sizes to WBM specifications in uniform thickness, hand picking, rolling with 3 wheeled road / vibratory roller 8-10 tonne capacity in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening /binding material to fill up interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density. 75mm thick G-III 53-22.40mm crushed incl all leads, lifts and Carriage.
Providing and laying premixed bituminious macadam base course with stone aggregate of quality, size and grades specified in CPWD specifications and straight run bitumen of grade 80/100 @ 4% by weight of total mix including hot mix of stone aggregate and bitumen in hot mix plant, transporting mixed material and laying mixed material with paver finisher to the required level and grade, rolling with road roller of 8 to 10 tonne cpacity to achieve the required compaction and density 50mm compacted thickness including tack coat. (complete job) including cost of tar and other materials and incl all leads, lifts and Carriage.
Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete with specified graded stone aggregates for wearinng coat including loading of aggregates with FE loader and hot mixing of bitumen with filler and stone aggregates in hard mix plant transporting mixed materials by tippers to pavers at site of work and laying the mixed material with mechanical pavers finisher to the required level and grade, rolling with power road roller to achieve the desired density and compaction including cost of priming coat/ tack coat(Bitumine used shall be 80/100 grading of mixed shall be as per the relevent clause of MORT &H), density, and all complete including cost of bitimue and all sorts of taxes ,all leads, lifts, carriage, complete 25 mmm thick (comacted) avg. complete job. incl all leads, lifts and Carriage.
