Demolition of reinfoced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically demolition provided for(reinfocement should be cut as required to facilitate demolition) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L RCC in Foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete in type B0 1:1/2:3 all as specified.

M&L RCC in Beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span in type B0 1:1/2:3 all as specified.

M&L Mild steel TMT bar 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hooping for column, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed ) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Mild steel TMT bar 5 mm dia and over upto and including 10 mm dia in stirrups, spaces and binders, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally hooping for column, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed ) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality conforming to, as in stirrups, spaces and binders complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter to flat all as specified.

Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) all as specified.

Formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including sup- ports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc all as specified.

Formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions all as specified.

Demolition of brick work built in cement morter etc complete all as specified.

M & L brick work with subclass 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan to any radius bull in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement plastering 15mm thick in two layers (10mm and 5mm respectively) in cemet mortar 1:4 including mixing of liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions on brick work or concrete surfaces or in chajjas/parapet walls etc finished even and smooth without using extra cement and fixing of chicken wire gauge where directed complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : WPC will be measured and paid separately.

Supply only integral liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified & as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make : Pidilite/Sika

M&L for applying acrylic thick wall care putty on internal/external surfaces of walls/ceilings/soffits (thickness vary from 1.5 to 2.5 mm as required for desired smoothness and levelling of surfaces in two or more layers) by using ready made wall care putty including sand papering after filling the putty to make surface smooth and ready for receiving painting etc complete all as specified and directed. Make of wall Putty : JK wall Putty / Birla Wall care Putty / Bison Wall Putty. Notes : (i) The prepared surface after wall putty, the contractor will inform to the GE as well as to the Engineer-in-Charge for site inspection before applying further finishes. Please note that the further finishes work will start only after approval of the prepared surface from the GE as well as to the Engineer-in-Charge through site order.

Applying 02 coats of exterior emulsion paint (light shade) @ 5 sq.m/litre/2 coats by using roller/brush to external walls/RCC surfaces/soffits of chajjas/roof projections/cantilevers/balcony etc surfaces over & including a coat of exterior wall primer @ 11 sq.m/litre/1 coat as recommended for under coat by manufacturer of exterior emulsion by using following brands of emulsion and primer complete all as specified and directed. Make of Exterior Wall Primer : Asian / Berger / Nerolac [Best Quality]. Make of Exterior Emulsion : Asian (ACE) / Berger (WALMASTA) / Nerolac (SURAKSHA SUPERIOR)
