Construction of Wallipur to Malatiput via Routapada road in the District of Nayagarh under MMSY-Transferred Road Improvement Programme (MMSY-TRIP) for the year 2024-25

Road Construction Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, up to a lead of 1000 meters including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per technical specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls and other structure comprising of masonry, cement concrete, wood work, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead as per Technical Specification Clause 202 of MoRD by manual means & as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. i) Plain cement concrete

Excavation for road work in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross-sections, and transporting to the embankment location with a lift upto 1.5m and lead upto 1000m as per Technical Specification Clause 302.3 of MoRD.

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts & leads, transporting to site by mechanical means within a lead of 5kms, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.2 & clause 305 of MoRT&H specification for Road & Bridge works as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from road way cutting and excavation from drain & foundation of other strutures graded & compacted to meet the requirement of Tables 300.1 & 300.2 as per clause no.301of MORD specification for Rural roads and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Fine dressing and turfing including transportation of turfs by mechanical means with all leads and lifts and placing the turfs in position and ramming with thappies including watering and cost of labour and all materials etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in charge.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing Close graded Granular subbase Grading-III material as per table 400-1, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on repared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density complete as per Clause 401 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision) and as per direction of Engineer in Charge

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in subbase/ base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density as per Clause 406 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision) and as per direction of Engineer in Charge

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen Emulsion [SS-1] on prepared surface of Granular base including clearing of road surface & spraying primer @ 6.00 kg / 10 sqm using mechanical means as per technical specification clause 502 of MoSRT& H for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision) and as per direction of Engineer-in charge

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen Emulsion [RS-1] using emulsion distributor @ 3.00 kg / 10 sqm on the prepared granular surface treated with primer & cleaned with hydraulic broom as per technical specification clause 503 of MoSRT& H for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision) and as per direction of Engineer-in charge

Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete with batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of 10mm nominal size (Grading-II) premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheelede,vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per Clause 508 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision) including cost, conveyance, royalty, labour charges, T&P etc. required for the work complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Earthwork in excavation for foundation of structures in all kinds of soil upto 3 m depth as per drawing and technical specification Clause 305 of MORD specification for Rural roads includding setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, and disposal up to a lead of 50m, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling with excavated suitable materials and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Filling in foundation trenches with approved quality of sand as per drawing and technical specification clause 1108, 305.3.9 & 1200 of MORD and as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Plain Cement Concrete in open foundation with clean black hard granite stone aggregates of 40mm & down graded size of approved quality from approved quarry as per drawings & Technical Specification Clause 1109, 1302.5, 802, 804, 805, 806, 807, 1202 and 1204 of MORD specification for Rural roads and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. i) P.C.C M-15 (Without dewatering)

Construction of Unreinforced cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges including levelling the formwork as per drawing, spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, primer, sealant, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days with curing compound and water, finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501 of MORD and asper direction of Engineer-in charge.

Construction of precast RCC railing of M25 grade , aggregate size not exceeding 12mm, true to line and grade, tolerance of vertical RCC post not to exceed 1 in 500, centre to centre spacing between vertical post not to exceed 2000mm, leaving adequate space between vertical post for expansion, complete as per approved drawings and technical specifications including cost, conveyance, royalty of all materials, labour charges, T&P etc. required for the work complete in all respect as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying & fixing of 80mm thick cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-40 grade of approved make, design, colour and size made by Block making machine with proper compaction laid in required pattern over a sand layer of average thickness of 30mm etc. coomplete in all respect conforming to IRC SP-63:2018 and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete wearing course M30 grade excluding reinforcement complete as per drawing and technical specifications clauses 800 and 1206.3 of MoRD and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge

Gravel backing to revetments & slopes of road embankment using good laterite moorum below pitching, conveying from stacks stacked at work site or at approved stacking yard with cost, conveyance, royalty of all materials and cost of all labour T&P required for the work complete in all respects as per specification and directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Grouting aprons and revetments ( 23cm deep) with cement concrete (1:4:8) using 40mm and down graded size crusher broken black hard granite metal including watering and raming with cost, conveyance, royalty of all materials, labour charges, T&P etc. required forthe work complete in all respect as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Three MS Plates of 50 X 5 mm thick, back plate duly welded with 75mm dia steel tubes back on edges as per drawings. The lower & upper plate will be welded with MS flat iron frame of 50mm x 5mm. The steel tubes duly embeded in cement concrete M-15 grade blocks of 600mm x 600mm x 750mm below ground level. All M.S. will be stove enameled on both sides. Lettering and printing arrows, border etc. will be painted with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of superior quality in required shade and colour. All sections of framed posts and steel tube will be painted with primer and two coats of epoxy paint as per drawing Clause 1701 and Annexure 1700.1 of MoRD Specification for Rural roads including cost,conveyance,royalty, labour and T&P required for the work and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing of typical informatory sign board with Logo as per MORD specifications and drawing. Three MS Plates of 1.6 mm thick, top and middle plate duly welded with MS flat iron 25mm x 5m size on back on edges. The lower plate will be welded with MS angle iron frame of 25mm x 25mm x 5mm. The angle iron frame of the lower most plate and flat iron frame of middle plate will be welded to 2 nos. 75mm x 75 mm of 12 SWG sheet tubes posts duly embedded in cement concrete M-15 grade blocks of 450mm x 450mm x 600mm, 600mm below ground level. The top most diamond plate will be welded to middle plate by 47mm x 47mm of 12 SWG steel plate tube. All M.S. will be stove enameled on both sides. Lettering and printing arrows, border etc. will be painted with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of superior quality in required shade and colour. All sections of framed posts and steel tube will be painted with primer and two coats of epoxy paint as per drawing Clause 1701 and Annexure 1700.1 of MORD specification for Rural roads and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Maintenance- Restoration of Rain-cuts with soil, moorum gravel or a mixture of these, clearing the loose soil, benching for 300mm width laying fresh materials in layers not exceeding 250mm and compaction with plate compactor or power rammer to restore the original alignment, level and slopes as per drawing and technical specifications clause 1902 of MORD specification for Rural roads by manual means and as per direction of Engineer-in -charge. 1st Year
