Repair of Submersible pump, cooling motor and Re-babiting of 40 Nos Thrust pads of thrust cum guide bearing with white metal confirming to IS 25, grade 84 along with tapered washer and lock of pads(washer and lock as per sample) of 2x1.5MW Gumma Power House under Andhra Power House Division HPSEBL, Chirgaon The job consists of following works; - Job-I Repair of Submersible Pump Motor Specification of Submersible Pump Motor HP 2.5 Voltage 380 Frequency 50 Hz RPM 2850 LPM 300 i) Dismantling the submersible pump complete. ii) Replacement of all the worn out parts of submersible pump with new parts . iii) Re-winding of motor by replacing the burnt motor iv) Replacement of bearing with new ones and replacement and replacement of new check nut washer and locking ring. iv) Balance of rotor. v) Varnish of stator winding along with insulating paper and warmish etc. v) Assembly, alignment and testing of motor at required load and painting the same with epoxy paint.

Job- II . Repair od induction motor Cooling Capacity 2.2 KW, 3 HP, RPM 2840 ,415 Volt i) Dismantling the submersible pump complete. ii) Replacement of all bearing with new one iii) Re –winding of motor by replacing the burnt winding. iv) Balance the Rotor. v) Assembly, alignment and testing of motor at required load and paintingthe same with epoxy paint

Job-III Re-babiting of 40 Nos. Thrust Pads:- i) Removal of old damaged babit material from the shell. ii) Re-babiting of Thrust Pads. iii) Pouring of white metal after maintaining the temperature of 3500 to 4000 of white metal iv) Casting of shell with white metal of IS 25 Gr. 84 composition v) Thickness of white metal should be 3 mm to 5 mm. vi) Turning machining chipping so as to standard dimensions and finally U.T./D.P. test is to be conducted on the thrust padsso that there should not be any defect in the pads. Tapered washer along with lock must be provided in spare for all the thrust pads washer and lock should be high quality

Packaging of all material and loading of material , transportation of material, unloading of material, transit insurance of material from site ( Gumma Power House ) to the Works of bidder and back to the Power House.
