SCHEDULE `A' PART - XII MISC ITEMS (B/R & E/M) is not prepriced by MES and prepriced rates indicate 0.00 under column 5 signifie this fact only.

Supply of good earth delivered at site inside AFS Bhisisna, to be filled in earthen traverse complete all as specified and as directed. (Good Earth as approved by GE shall be arranged by contractor at his own cost from out side of MD land.)

S&F Fire symbol display board of size 1200 x 900 mm made out of alumunium sheet 2 mm thick with Stainless steel frame using 25x15 mm rectengular pipe with 35 mm dia SS pipe in outer border all around retro reflective high intesity 400 micron thick blue/yellow colur sheet pasted with heating process on both sides of the board including 75-100 mm high black colour letters cut to shape with special plotter and in proper manner indicating shed no as directed and 2 nosx 75 mm dia SS pipe glossy finish with MS plate 3 mm thick welded to bottom of pipes for fixing of board and shall be suitably embeded in ground using PCC 1:2:4 including earth workk/excavation as directed complete.

Supply and fixing concertina coil 610mm dia (50 turn/coil) expandable 6-8mtr (short barbs) barbs length 11+-1mm thickness of tape 0.50mm, dia of spring core wire 2.60mm fixed on angle iron frame including securing or tying at crossing with and, staples or steel pins etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F SPN 8 way flame proof enclosure size 330x350x190mm lighting distribution panel incoming MCB DP, 32A-01No and out going MCB 1 pole 6A-06 Nos with complete internal busbar and wiring upto terminals complete all as specified and as directed.

Design, Supply, installation, commissioning & testing suitable type of Central AC plant for above proposed storage bldg. Requirement of Minimum capacity of Compresssor - 1x50 TR for running & 1x30 TR for standby including suitable capacity of water pump sets, panel, cooling tower, ducting, winter heating and humidification etc complete as required for proper functing to achieve the users requirement. Note:- The TR capacity of AC is considerd as minimum. However during the DPR stage if tunnage will exceed, the contractor shall install the same without any extra cost. The following aspects shall be accounted for preparation of DPR & execution of work (Rate to be quoted for considering Compresssor - 1x50 TR for running & 1x30 TR for standby as one unit)

a) The contractor shall get DPR prepared from the specilized agency having adequate exeprience in the field & get it vetted from the IIT/NIT. The DPR duly vetted by IIT/NIT will be submitted by the contractor to Accepting Officer for approval. (b) DPR shall be prepared keeping in view of undermentioned guidelines. The contractor may optimize to deliver the best results applying their mind to meet out the User`s desired goal. (c) Construction of AC plant room covered under item No 1.10 in which, AC plants/equipments are to be accommodated. (d) Tentative temperature chart & Ground water analysis and its suitability (Water test report) for air conditioning shall be provided by the GE and accordingly water treatment shall be suggested, if any.

(e) Calculations of Electric load for AC plant & its connected accessories. (f) Provision of insulation on ceiling/wall as per DPR for efficient & economic operation of AC system. However ceiling as shown on drgs is included in unit rate of item No 1.10 (g) Detailed heat load calculations to achieve inside design conditions for storage bldg. The user data sheets duly signed may be considerd for calculation of AC plant as per Appendix 'A' of the tender documents. The outside conditions shall be as per meterologincal records/ASHRAE. Heat load calculations sheets for summer monsoons and winter seasons shall be submitted alongwith the psychometric chart and detail calculation. Tentetive details (Inside/outside conditions) for guidance only are given in particular specifications.

(l) Complete DPR includes design & drgs in triplicate alongiwth CD. (m) Provison of earthing with GI earth plate 600x600x6mm and 32x6mm GI strip all as specified. (n) Testing of Plants as specified. (o) Cost of all above factors shall be deemed included in unit rate/lumpsum. Nothing extra shall be paid for any misunderstanding or miscalculations whatsoever. (p) Lump sum quoted by the contractor shall be deemed to include all relevent items of works/details though not specifically shown here but are essential for execution in workman like manner & sound engineering practice to achieve desired goal.

Supply and installation, testing and commissioning of flame proof 2 Ton capacity EOT crane (class-II, Medium duty ) double girder type with all motion i.e Long travel 18 mtr, Cross travel 21mtr, and height 5 Mtr of lift with complete confirming to IS/IEC-60079-1:2007, PVC shrouded bus bar (GI) Type DSL system , limit switch and LT rails as per manufacturer (OEM) with its accessoories, floor operated with pendent push button from the floor. The flame proof Panel shall be with VVVF drives for all the three motions with main incoming breaker/switches, transformer, contractors, relay, fuses, indicating lamp etc.MCB is provided in the control circuit of each motion , each break circuit is provided with suitable contactors, all wiring with suitable size copper conductor. Plateform should be full length, anti skid steel, hand railing should be provided on drive side of the crane and 2 Nos and short plateform shall be provided on the other side. (o) Micro speed -10%

The crane shall be painted with one coat of red oxide and two coats of epoxy paint having the following components specification and provision of manual operation. M&L for brick masonary valve pit of size 90 cm x 90 cm x90 cm (internal of chamber ) depth of chember to be reckoned from the top of PCC in foundation to top the MS cover as 60 cm and including MS sheet cover fabricated from 3.15 mm thick MS sheet and frame of angle iron 50 mm x 50 mmx5 mm with fixing arrangement , hinges and locking arrangement and painting two coat of synethetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on MS cover and frame , inlcuding necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil , returning , filling in approved soil disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exc.50 mtr , 150 mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation , brick work in cement motor (1:6) 15 mm thick plastering in cement mortoar (1:4) (both internally and externally) 100 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in flooring complete all as directed suitable for upto 100mm dia.

Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of HT 11 KV, 630 A having short circuit capacity 21 KA/3-sec, Outdoor suitable, RMU SF6 Comprising of motorised 1 No. load break switch & 2 Nos outgoing VCB, spring charging with electrolyte grade copper busbars and all gas filled, robotically welded stainles steel 304 (Non Ferrite Non Magnetic grade) tank with minimum thickness 3±.5 mm, with IP 65 protection. The Mimic board shall with IP2X & outdoor enclosure shall be minimum IP 54 & IP55+ IP3X for cable compartement. Any accidental over pressure inside the sealed chamber shall be limited by the opening of a pressure limited device provided in the rear part of the tank & internal fault IAC AFLR-21kA for 1 sec as per IEC 62271-200 or latest IS. The unit along with Bus-connected, Fixed-type Potential Transformer shall include different modules as described below. LBS should be compelte with all accessories such as cable supports all front cable terminations, emchaical indications for load break switch ON/OFF. The Mimic board shall with IP2X & outdoor enclosure shall eb minimum UP-54 & IP55+IP3X for cable compartment.
