SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I - BUILDINGS & STRUCTURES INCLUDING INTERNAL SERVICES AND PROVISION OF AC PLANT FOR CADET MESS AS DEFINED IN ANNEXURE I TO IV. Note: This schedule is not pre-priced by MES and the rate indicated as "Rs 0.00" under Col 6 signifies this fact only
Design & Construction of following buildings/structures including all internal services as defined in Annexure-I to III, complete as detailed in scope of work and other documents of tender, complete all as specified and directed :-
(a) Design,construction and commisioning of Air conditioning (A/C) Plant Room cum Sub Station Building in RCC framed structure with permanent specifications including internal electrical, Mechanical, water supply and associated services works.
(b) Minimum 03 numbers Air Handling Units Rooms (01 Nos at Rear side of Each corner in cadet mess) one (01 Nos at centre of rear side in cadet mess) in RCC framed structure with permanent specifications.

SCHEDULE 'A' PART-VIII (MISC B/R AND E/M WORKS)
M&L Repairing to damaged portion of existing valve pit chamber over foundation with 230 rnm thick brick wall built in cement mortar 1:6, 75 mm thick coping with PCC 1:2:4 type B-1, 15 mm thick plaster work in cement mortar 1:4, overall painting internally and externally on wall with three coats of white wash, chequered plate cover of 7 mm thickness made of CI for Valve Pit Chamber of internal size 900 x 900 x 500 mm with hinges, equal angle iron frame (40x40x4mm) embeded in coping and necessary locking arrangement, painting steel and iron surfaces with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over coat of red oxide primer including dismantling existing damaged portion of chamber and removal of all debris all as specified and directed.
Supply and Installation including testing and commissioning of 11 KV, 630 Amp, 21 kA, 50 Hz Outdoor Type Ring Main Unit (3 Way) both side extensible SF6 Breaker consisting of 1 INCOMER Isolator and 2 OUTGOING SF6 encapsulated Vacuum Circuit Breaker suitable for outdoor installation with non-touch proof terminal protector with current measuring CTs ring or cubical type with Multifunction Energy Meter, Over Current / Earth Fault relay both with RS 485 port and PT Panel with LED indicators etc. including all other standard accessories (MOTORISED) (3 WAY, +LVV+M) including calibration/ setting of each relay according to connected Transformer Load with including necessary excavation and earth work for foundation with PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) all as per Manufacturer's Drg complete all as specified and directed.
Supply and laying 160 x 135 mm outer & inner dia, double walled corrugated (DWC) HDPE duct pipe confirming to IS-16205 Pt-24 with antirodent and non flame propagating properties of approved colour complete with fittings i.e. coupler, Tee, elbow clamp for cable protection of size 95 to 400 Sqmm 3/3.5 core complete all as specified and directed
M&L Road Cutting of size (0.50 x 0.90) m (W x D) as required for laying power cable ,water supply line etc. including earthwork and necessary excavation, make good with existing material (i.e. bitumenous material) to match with the existing fair finish road surface complete all as specified and as directed. Note : During road cutting any damage occurred to existing utilities such as water supply line, NFS, OFC, JFC, Electric Cable etc. must be made good by the contractor without any cost to the deptt.
M&L Straight through Jointing Kit Heat Shrink type suitable for 1.1 KV LT XLPE armoured aluminium stranded conductor cable outdoor type complete with jointing material and accessories including taking shut down and opening the cable from both side of Bus Bar Panel/L T Panel/MCCB/ACB etc. and re-terminated the same cable in the same Bus Bar Panel/L T Panel/MCCB/ACB etc. according to existing system after completion of jointing work of size between 3.5/4 Core 16 to 400 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed.
Earth work in excavation in all kind of soil upto 1.50 m in depth by manual means or mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) in foundation trenches or for laying drains, cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 Sq.M on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Manning and operation of AC Plant as per OEM manual including operation of all connected equipments such as chillers,compressors,cooling towers,condenser water pumps,chilled waterpumps , AHUs ,FCUs ,valves ,dampers ,electrical controlpanels ,starterpanel ,valves ,dampers ,gauges ,thermometters,cabling and other accessories as installed in the system manning team by one Skilled & one Semi-Skilled (Ref Mech) per Shift during the First 11 Months after completion of Main work (phase-I), complete all as mentioned below and all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge

NOTES for Comprehensive maintenance of lifts (item Nos 9.10 to 9.60 of BOQ):- a) Contractor shall carryout Manning and operation (routine, daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, half yearly, yearly) as per Proforma given in tender documents and as per existing rules and regulations given by govt and department and maintain the AC Plant in serviceable condition 16 Hrs x 365 days during Manning and operation period. (b) The Contractor has to carry out the Manning and operation of the AC Plant through OEM only. (c) Work includes providing 01 Nos of trained and experienced operator/technicians(skilled) and 01 Nos Semi skilled for single shift operation in day (Each shift of 8 hours) to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the plant and associated systems. (d) The plant shall be operated on a shift basis to maintain the required temperature and humidity levels as specified. The contractor shall deploy adequate skilled and unskilled manpower for continuous and efficient functioning of the plant.The operator deployed by the contractor shall have a minimum qualification of ITI in (Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Mechanic trade) and shall be fully conversant with the operation, routine maintenance, and safety procedures of the system in Cadet Mess for safe & smooth functioning of all the AC Plant. (e) Operators shall maintain log sheets for temperature, pressure, current, voltage, and other operational parameters. Routine checking and adjustment of refrigerant and oil levels, monitoring of cooling tower and water circulation system, and general upkeep of plant equipment shall be carried out regularly (f) Scope also includes: 1. Routine preventive maintenance such as lubrication, tightening of mechanical/electrical joints, and cleaning of filters, strainers, and cooling tower nozzles. 2. Maintaining cleanliness of plant room, equipment, and surrounding area. 3. Proper start-up and shutdown procedures as per manufacturer’s recommendations. 4. Coordination with departmental staff for major breakdowns or overhauling works. 5. Submission of daily log sheets and monthly operation reports to the Engineer-in-Charge. 6. All necessary tools, consumables, and minor maintenance materials required for operation shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost.
