REPAIR/MAINTENANCE OF STEAM BATH,SAUNA BATH, GEYSERS, SOLAR WATER HEATER AT CME UNDER GE (CME) KHADKI

M & L for servicing solar water heater (Flat Plate collector/tube collector) by removing the flange plates, cleaning the top glass , collectors internally & externally by using descaling solution, removing the blockages in the collectors complete and refixing the flange plates, recharging the water in recharge tank testing for satisfactory function all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair heating element 25mm to 32mm dia, ISI marked for solar water heater of capacity 3 KW all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

S & F in repair flange plates of size 25 mm dia suitable for flat plate collectors including taking down old unseviceable flange plate all specified and directed.

S & F in repair flexible heat resistance rubber pipe (from inter connect plate collector to hot water tank) of size 25 mm to 32 mm dia etc with fixing clamp etc complete all as specified.

Taking down the collector from its position, removing the top glass of collector and carry out welding/brazing work to the collector and arresting the leakages in the collector, refixing top glass back with all sealing agent, testing for satisfactory function all as specified and directed.

M & L for submain wiring with two runs of 4 sq mm single core multi stranded FRLSH PVC insulated and unsheathed copper conductor (red for phase and black for neutral) of grade 1100 volts and including electrical grade PVC casing caping of desired colour not less than 1.2 mm and 25 mm wide & 4 sq mm copper conductor cable PVC unsheathed green coloured for earthing with complete accessories duly connected with earth dolly complete all as specified and as directed including taking down old wiring. Note :- Three run of 4 Sqmm copper wire and one run of casing caping shall be measured as one length

Steam Bath : Checking of electrical wire connection , level sensors, Heaters coil, earthing leakage, electronic circuits, control panel & safety arrangements of the water level & units. Cleaning the sensors, descaling of hard water tank, servicing of electrical, pneumatic valve, proper insulation for the boilers including replacement of defective spares and fixing the same with new including testing one etc complete. Note - (a) Contractor has to visit the plant once in a month and carry out comprehensive maintenance as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (b) During emergency contractor has to visit the plant to rectify the fault without any extra cost to the Govt. (c) Any spares required during comprehensive maintenance and during emergency repairs shall be measured under respective item as " Supply only".

Sauna Bath :- Checking of the heater coil, electronic temp control, calibrating temp device, accuracy, safety cut off the heater & cleaning the sensors of the electronic devices / equipments etc including replacement of defective spares and fixing the same with new including testing etc complete. Note - (a) Contractor has to visit the plant once in a month and carry out comprehensive maintenance as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (b) During emergency contractor has to visit the plant to rectify the fault without any extra cost to the Govt. (c) Any spares required during comprehensive maintenance and during emergency repairs shall be measured under respective item as " Supply only)

Supply only in repair 15 psi safety valve (Pressure relief valve)

Supply only in repair 240 V 5 amps glass fuse
