Supply and fix Double wall Corrugated High Density Polymer Ethyl (HDPE) pipe of size 50mm outer diameter and 38mm inner diameter with ISI Marked [IS 14930- (Part-II)-2001, laid in trenches/floors and fixed on walls/poles, with and including necessary fittings such as bends, sockets and other connected accessories etc., for laying of electric cables, complete all as specified and directed. Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material/soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and setting aside existing cross arms of MS channel or angle sections etc from pole of at any height, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and setting aside ACSR conductor any size including binding with copper / aluminium binding wire to over head conductor, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling and setting aside existing pin / shackle / Loop / disc LT insulator etc of any size from pole at any height, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying & testing LT XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armored electric power cable (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor 1100 Volts grade, cross sectional area 150 Sqmm, 3.5 Core LT UG cable laid in trenches / passing though GI pipe / fixed along wall / on pole and jointed with lugs, nut & bolts, washers etc., complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Excavation and Earthwork GI pipe, cable protection HDPE pipe shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items.

Supply and fix LED street light luminaries of capacity 45 Watt with pressure die cast aluminium housing heat resistance toughened glass, IP 66 protection complete with driver with rated voltage 240 V, 50Hz, with 1.5 Sqmm 3 core multi-stranded copper wire for connection from street light fitting to OH line or to junction box and 1.2 mtrs suitable size GI bracket, fixing with 30 X 5 flat iron clamp nuts, bolts, washer and fixing accessories including taking down old Unserviciable fitting, complete all as specified and as directed. Material and Labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25m below ground level with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5m below ground level connected to galvanized iron earth strip 32 x 6mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts, washers of galvanized iron and connected to main switch/control board upto 7.5m away from the earth electrode etc., with and including adequate quantity of charcoal dust and common salt around earth plate, excavation earth work, PCC chamber, RCC cover slab, watering pipe, wire mesh lugs, earth lead protection pipe 40mm bore, medium grade 7.5m long as applicable and as per plate No. 5 of SSR Part-I 2009 and all as specified and directed. (a) Excavation and earth work in any type of soil. (b) Drilling of holes in electrode (c) PCC pit in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (d) 40 mm thick Pre-cast RCC cover or reinforcement with 8mm TMT bars at 100mm c/c both ways with suitable handle. (e) Funnel with watering pipe of GI 20 mm nominal bore ,medium grade. (f) 40mm nominal bore medium grade GI protection pipe upto 7.50 m long for protection of earthing lead. (g) Requisite quantity of charcoal and common salt. (h) Connection to earthing test point and testing on completion.
