Demoliton of brick work built in cement mortar including all quions arches pillars etc

Demolition of cement conc. Reinforced as in roof slab , beams, chhajas and similar suspended work reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition.

75 mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection laid to slope of 1 in 12 and finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement with and including all necessary form work to divide the area in panels, finishing exposed edges fair or rounding or chamfering of exposed edges where directed and providing 6 mm thick joints through the thickness of plinth protection duly filled with mastic filling of one part of hot bitumen 85/25 grade and three parts of fine sand (all by weight) complete.

Joist, channel , angles or tee sections fixed independentely , without connecting plates , etc cut in ordinary length all as specified and directed by Engineer- in -charge

PVC(SWR)single socketed in any length with rubber ring joint fixed with wall of 110mm as in rain water pipe

PVC(SWR) bends any radius 110mm.

Rendering 15mm thick cement plaster on fair faces of brick or conc. Surfaces in cement mortar 1:4,even and smooth w/o using extra cement ,incl mixing of water proofing compound .(Note WPC shall be measured and paid for seperately)

Rendering 5mm thick cement plaster on concrete surfaces in ceiling in CM 1:3 finished even and smooth.

PCC 1:2:4 Type B0 (12.5 mm graded aggregate as in coloumns , bed plates,mud stops , copings, kerbs incl weathering , slightly rounded or chamfered angles etc

Roughing surfaces of old conc surfaces by picking up , sweeping,cleaning and washing down with water to remove dust etc including taking down tarfelt and brushing neat cement slurry @3kg/Sqm including 15 mm thickscreeding in CM (1:4) finished even and smooth mixed with water proofing compound (WPC shall be measured and paid separatley)

M&L applying injuction grouting with nozzle on slab. The mortal can be applied from a minimum of 15mm to 40mm thickness in smaller vertical pockets and upto 25mm thickness in horizontal applications. The Mortal should have a minimum compressive strength 12N/mm2 in 1 Day and 45N/mm2 in 28 days , minimum flexural strength should be 8N/mm2 in 28 days. (Sikkon/Dr Fixit/Fosroc).

Repair of cracks, corner with cement mixed with water proofing compound in the ratio of 1:1. Water proofing compound . (Dr Fixit URP - 301)/Sikka/Forsoc)

Applying two coats pidifin coat including mixing of liquid agent and dry powder . (Pidifin 2K no 112 ) on wall.( Dr Fixit /Sikka)

Supply only water proofing compound, ISI marked, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Heavy Duty reinforced acrylic coating for terrace/walls water proofing (Make Dr Fix It ,Asian,Sikka) over a coat of Primmer for Sealer coat (Dr fix it) with roller as directed and app by Eng-in-Charge.

S&F self adhesive membrane 1.5mm thick self adhesive elastomeric SBS (Styrene Butadiene Styrene) bitumen based membrane with high density aluminum film on top ,provded with Pibial / Emufal TE Bitumen primmer @0.3 ltr per sqm , mimimum over laps shall be 50mm on sides and 100 mm on end laps as directed by Eng-in-charge. Make : Sika or Equalvalent as approved by GE.

M&L for polythene film black 150micron

Applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 ,1.2kg/sqm incl cleaning surface.

Lime concrete terracing as specified on roof

40 mm thick Brick tiles bedded in 15 mm thick cement and sand mortar (1:6) and joints grouted flush in cement and sand mortar (1:3) mixed with 5% of crude oil by weight of cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Apply one coat of “Dr Fixit Rust Remover” (Rust removing chemical) or “Defroster” or equivalent chemical as approved to old rusted reinforcement after necessary preparation of surfaces by brush application

Supply and fix hard drawn steel wire fabric cut to length bent to shape, fabric 3 mm dia, 50 mm mesh cover entire steel surface not exc. 4 kg per sqm

Bonding the entire exposed surface with one coat of “Fosroc Ntobond SBR” as per manufacture instruction

Apply one layer of Fosroc spray ser SL concrete 25 mm to 35 mm thick (comprises composition 1:2:1 plain cement concrete i.e. one part of cement two parts of fine aggregate and one part of 10 mm and down size trap stone aggregate) mixed with spray set SL 2 to 2.5% weight of cement and 12.5 to 16.5 liters of water mixed as per manufacture instructions and gunniting pressure nozzle with a delivery capacity of 2.5 kg per sq m over column, beam, roof slab and other similar work . Note . (a) The extra filling of concrete in holes in occured due to spalling of concrete after demolition shall be rectified by contractor without any extra cost. (b) The site shall be handed over to the contractor in parts of any size area. The work executed at site shall be duly floated and made smooth & even clerance from wall or site and any damage in sole responsbility of contractor without any extra cost to govt.

10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 over gunniting / concrete surface and finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement.

40-50mm thick sand stone slab not exc 2mtr in length, punched dressed self faced set and pointed in CM 1:4 as in plinth protection and chajjas complete ass as directed

Framed work such as grills, framed guard bars barred iron doors, ladders framed balusters railing and similar works confirming to FE 410-0 0r Fe 310-0

Flush pointing in cement mortar 1:3 on ceiling surfaces of stone patti roofs complete

Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion, white or tinted over a coat of chalk whiting complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for applying coat of oil bound distamper on old decorated surfaces of desired finish as app by Eng-in-charge in any position

Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement based complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for one coat cement base paint on old plastered or un plastered surfaces including preparation of surfaces.

Preparing surfaces of plaster or unplaster new and applying three coat of white wash on ceiling

Prerparing old decorated surfaces plastered/unplastered by brooming down etc and applying one coat of white wash on ceiling complete all as specified.

M&L preparation of new steel surfaces and applying two coats of synthetical enamel paid over a coat of red oxide.

Complete removal of white wash of old plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion, white or tinted over a coat of chalk whiting and one coat of wall care putty complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Complete removal of existing treatment of walls and applying two coat of cement base paint (Ist quality) in plain pattern on walls and over a coat of alkali resistant priming paint complete all as specified.
