   Railway reserves the right to procure full / bulk quantity from the bidders who are having credentials of supplying at least 20% quantity of same or similar item in last three years to any zonal Railways or production units.

   Tenderer with past performance of satisfactory execution of contracts to any of the Zonal Railways / PUs for supply of the same / similar items for a quantity of 20% or more of tendered quantity against a single contract during the period of last three financial years and current financial year up to tender opening date may be considered as responsive to ECoR requirements for placement of bulk / regular orders.
