Excavation work by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m (one point five metre) in width or 10 sqm (ten square metre) on plan),including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, (one point five metre) (including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soils as directed, within a lead of 50 m.(Fifty metre) in ordinery rock including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts . The rates are inclusive octroi , royality , Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 mechanically mixed vibrated (one cement : four sand : eight graded crushed/broken stone aggregate 40 mm (forty millimetre nominal size) mechanically mixed and vibrated on ground or under water and curing complete including pumping or bailing out water, dewatering removal of slush as required at site which may arise at the time of laying under water complete for all heights and depths including cost of form work in open foundation complete as per drawing and technical specification clause 802,803,1202&1203 as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge . including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals The rates are inclusive octroi , royality , Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government .

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 (seven point five) in Cement mortar 1:6 (one cement : six coarse sand) in super structure above plinth level up to all floors level in all shapes and sizes in including entire carriage of material in all leads and lifts . Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2 :4 mechanically mixed vibrated ( One cement : two Sand: four graded /crushed stone aggregate ) 20mm (twenty millimeter nominal size) for plain / reinforcement concrete in open foundation complete including cost of form work steel plate as per drawing and technical specification clause No 802, 803, 1202 &1204 including entire carriage of material in all leads and lifts. Providing and laying 15 mm (fifteen millimetre) thick cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix 1:6 (one cement : six course sand) upto all floor level including entire carriage of material in all leads and lifts .
