Annual operation and maintenance of E and M Installations at Main Substation and External Electrical Installations at City Side at Nagpur Airport for the year 2024-25

SH - I : Annual maintenance of main substation & External Electrical Installations at city side.

Annual maintnenace and operation of E & M Installations at Main Substation, City side (Car Parking Lights, Street Lights of Old Approach Road / Cargo Road, Road Leads to CISF commandant office ), Engineering office including ancillary buildings etc. on round the clock basis on all days including sundays and holidays as per the special conditions attached. Job involving repairs & maintenence, attending complaints, preventive / routine / breakdown maintenence , documentation etc. as per terms & conditions and directions of E-I-C. (The supply of spares by department (MIL) includes following locations)

a). Main Substation b). CISF Office & Barracks. c). Old Approach street lighting. d). Old Terminal Building & Offices etc. e). Street lights including maintenance of overhead line. f). Day to day operations of colony pumps. * In addition to the above locations the repair & maintenance work will be carried at any where of this airport as per directions of E-I-C.

SH- II : Maintenance of other Installation (As and when required)

1) Rewinding of ceiling fans

a) 1200 to 1400 mm sweep

2) Rewinding of exhaust fans

3) Replacement of ball bearing including servicing & greasing for ceiling fan etc as reqd.

a) 1200 to 1400 mm sweep

4) Replacement of ball bearing including servicing & greasing for exhaust fan etc as reqd.

5) Rewinding of mono block pump motor

a) 3 to 5 HP

6) Rewinding of borewell / openwell submersible pump.

c) 10 to 12.5 HP

7) Lifting & lowering of openwell pump of different capacity.

8) Lifting & lowering of borewell submersible pumps of different capacity.

a) Upto 5 HP

b) 7.5 HP to 12.5 HP

9) Providing of unskilled manpower for excavation of soft soil for urgent cable laying at operational area as an when required etc as per directions of E-I-C.

10) Supplying and making straight through heat shrinkable jointing kits including aluminium lugs and other jointing materials for following size.

a) Upto 35 sq.mm

b) Upto 95 sq.mm.

c) Upto 185 sq.mm.

11) Supplying and making outdoor cable end termination with heat shrinkable jointing kit complete with all accessories including lugs suitable for following size of 3 core, XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 11 KV grade as required :

a) Upto 70 Sq.mm.

12) Under Ground cable fault finding in the existing cables by hiring cable fault locater of HT/LT grade cables sizes upto 300 sq.mm. including providing of unskilled labour.

13) Supply of ceiling fan 1200mm sweep having minimum 380 RPM speed suitable for single phase, 230V, 50HZ with minimum 230 Cu. Mtr./ min air delivery of ISI approved similar to Crompton make, Aura model OR approved make.
