Supply, installation and commissioning of High Mast lighting system in TMS Township and CISF Colony.

(A) SUPPLY PART FOR HIGH MAST LIGHTING:-

Supply of 12.5M high mast shaft in two sections suitable for 44m/sec wind speed as per IS: 875 part-III, with head frame, winch mounting bracket, luminaries carriage suitable to install 6 nos of 350W LED Flood light luminairies in symmetrical arrangement as per Technical Specifications.

Supply of raising lowering system comprising double drum winch, 5mm diameter SS wire rope, trailing cable, connector, integral power tool motor, manual handle, junction box, lightening finial. (Wiring material from JB to individual luminaire & MCB in base compartment are not included and are a part of installation) as per Technical Specifications.

Supply of foundation bolts manufactured from special steel along with nuts, washers, anchor plate and common template as per Technical Specifications.

Supply of LED floodlight type 350 W LED as per Technical Specifications.

Supply of outdoor stand mounted feeder pillar, IP55, made with 2mm thick CRCA sheet with 1 no 32A TPN MCB incomer, single dial time switch, 22A TP contactor for the automatic switching of luminaries, power tool control with 2 no 9A contactors and raise lower push button and terminal block suitable for incoming and outgoing cable & its connections as per Technical Specifications.

(B) ERECTION PART FOR HIGH MAST LIGHTING:-

Construction of shallow foundation with M25 grade concrete for the high mast considering the safe soil bearing capacity at site as 10T/sqmtr at 2.5 meter to 3 meter depth with all materials, excavation and labour as per Technical Specifications.

Erection of the high mast with the help of suitable tools and plants, wiring of luminaires with all wiring materials like PVC insulated PVC sheathed flexible cable of suitable copper conductor cores of 1.5 sq.mm, lugs, MCB and all labour.

Provision of GI pipe earthing for High mast with 2.5 M long 40 mm dia GI Pipe as per IS 3043 / Chemical earthing as per IEC 62561 including connection to High mast earth terminal with 25 x 3 mm GI flats with all materials and labour. (2nos per mast required)

Installation of the mast feeder pillar by grouting the stand in concrete and cabling from feeder pillar to base compartment.

Supply of LT cable- Size 16 Sq mm, 4 core, Aluminium Stranded Conductor, XLPE insulated Cores Laid up, Extruded PVC Inner sheathed Galvanized steel armoured & Overall Extruded PVC Outer Sheathed, 1100volt grade confirming to IS 7098 (Part 1) 1988.

Installation of LT cable- Size 16 Sq mm, 4 core, Aluminium Stranded Conductor, XLPE insulated armoured. The scope of work includes excavation of cable trench of size 750mm (H) x 500mm (W) and installation of bricks width wise along the entire length of cable being laid in excavated trench.

Dismantling of existing plastered structures like brick work or concrete for opening or other purpose including disposing the dismantled material or as directed by Engineer, including required all tools and tackles labourers etc. complete.

Supply and installation of 100mm class "C" G.I.Pipe for providing mechanical protection during cable crossing through small bituminous roads, concrete pathways etc. The pipe shall be embedded beneath roads/ pathways. The scope of work includes road/ pathway cutting for installation of pipe and subsequent plain cement concreting finished with adjacent road/ pathway surface. The work of dismantling of roads/pathways shall be measured under item no. 2.08 or item no. 2.11 on case to case basis. The work of concreting after installation of pipe shall be measured under item no. 2.10.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of 1:1.5:3 at all levels (1 cement, 1.5 crushed sand, 3 graded stone aggregate of nominal size 20mm) including consolidation, finishing, curing etc. complete as per specifications and drawings but excluding the cost of shuttering, centering and steel reinforcement.

Dismantling of Bituminous road including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials within 200 m lead

Road crossing using 150 mm dia RCC Hume pipe class Np2 the scope of work includes making PCC laying of 150 mm dia RCC hume pipe with collars jointed with stiff mixture of cement morter in the proportion of 1:2 & encasing using 1 : 2 : 4 cement concrete. Cement concrete is covered under separate item no.2.15

Murum filing under floors of specified thickness in layers of not more than 150 mm thickness including supplying required materials and consolidation etc. complete (Murrum to be brought from outside campus)

Supplying, stacking and laying of 230mm thick rubble soling stones as under floor base including packing with smaller stone and compacting, ramming including spreading and consolidation of blinding material, moorum etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of 1:2:4 (1 cement, 2 crushed sand, 4 graded stone aggregate of nominal size 20 mm) including consolidation, finishing, curing etc. but excluding the cost of formwork shuttering, centering and steel reinforcement at all levels.

Providing, centering, shuttering Form work using steel plates, timber planks for all types of structures including necessary strutting, proping, staging, supports, bracings etc. and deshuttering the same after the specified time all as per drawings,specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge at all levels.
