Increasing Capacity of Transformer for system improvement in Business Plan 2021 under Jurisdiction of E.U.D.D., Karelabagh, Prayagraj

Installation of II point 400 KVA T-F for increasing capacity of overloaded 630 KVA T/F at Katehara and 100 KVA T/F for over loaded 400 KVA T/F at Hina Gold Kareli in EUDD, Karelabagh, Prayagraj under Business Plan 2020-21, including loading, unloading & Carriage of materials from Store Center Naini to Dump site and vice-versa.

Erection, grouting, plinthing & earthing of 11 Mtr. long STP Double pole including fixing of all necessary clamps, other accessories like Top channel, base channel, Pin insulator with pin etc. and its grouting in ratio 1:4:8, cement, stone grit & coarse sand, plinthing of support of size 0.4x0.45x0.3 Mtr. with cement, coarse sand & brick blast in ratio 1:4:8 and 12 mm thick plastring around the plinth in ratio 1:2:4 with 12 mm thickness curing of plinth should be done properly for 11 KV line (Grouting, plinthing & required materials like Clamps, Stone pad, nut & bolt, M.S. Channel, Base Channel, M.S. Angle etc. as per requirment will be arranged by the contractor and STP, Earthing Rod with G.I. wire, pin insulator with pin and Disc Insulator with Fitting will be provided by the department.)

Construction of T/F Plinth of size 1.5x1.5x1.25 mtr on a padding 0.25m deep in the Ground, in ratio 1:5:10 cement, sand and brick ballast on the top of padding brick work of Ist class bricks of 0.95m height and 0.35 meter thick wall will be constructed. Rest wall should be 0.23 mtr thickness, brick work will be in ratio 1:4 cement and sand. In the hollow portion the sand should be filled from ground level upto 15 cm below from the top of plinth, cement, sand and ballast should be placed in ratio 1:24 and 2 nos. Channels of size 50x100x1500 mm be grouted in the concrete. The T/F Plinth should be plastered on all sides by 12 mm thick in 1:6 Cement and Morter. (All materials will be arranged by the conctractor at his own cost.)

Erection & commissioning of T/F 400 KVA along with HT/LT connections. Complete in all respect. (Only T/F will be provided by the Department.)

Erection & commissioning of T/F 100 KVA along with HT/LT connections. Complete in all respect. (Only T/F will be provided by the Department.)

Earthing of Transformer body and neutral by lowering of GI pipe of size 1.50” dia 20’ deep, connecting with GI Strip of size 50x6 mm with clamp. (All materials will be arranged by the conctractor at his own cost.)

Erection and grouting of L.T. cubical Box, making platform & plastering the same with cement, sand in ratio 1:6 , fixing the tailless unit 500/300 Amp., making L.T Busbar and its taping complete in all respect. (All materials except tailless unit will be arranged by the conctractor at his own cost.)

Earthing of L.T. Cubical box by M.S. earthling rod and connecting with G.I. Strips of size 50x6 mm with clamp for neutral & L.T. cubical box body. (Only M.S. Earthing rod with G.I. Wire will be provided by the Department and all other required materials will be arranged by the contractor at his own cost.)

Laying of 1x400/1x240 sqmm L.T. cable from T/F to L.T. Cubicle Box with proper lugging and tagging. (Only L.T. Cable will be provided by the Department and all other required materials will be arranged by the contractor at his own cost.)
