S&F 125mm X60 mm size pressed steel frames for door with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate etc including one shop coat of red oxide primer including cutting holes and making good in P:C:C 1.2.4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate and M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C-0 using 12.5 mm graded store aggregate for filling in pressed steel frame complete all as specified and as directed

S&F 105mm X60 mm size pressed steel frames for door with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate etc including one shop coat of red oxide primer including cutting holes and making good in P:C:C 1.2.4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate and M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C-0 using 12.5 mm graded store aggregate for filling in pressed steel frame complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Factory Made Solid PVC Moulded Door Shutter with wood free EPS, 28 to 30mm thick (stiles), with 2, 4, or 6 raised panel design with 2mm thick Moulded PVC Sheet on the front face & 2mm plain colour PVC sheet on back face,incl 03 Nos of 100mm size stainless steel butt hinges for each shutter, supplying & fixing in frame at site as per specification & drawing, suppling & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 75mm Stainless steel butt hinges ISI marked medium weight, coled rolled and fixed with screws/welding to wooden / steel frames or chowkhats, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 150mm long Stainless steel ISI marked, barrel tower bolts of extruded section, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 125mm long Stainless steel ISI marked handle, fabricated type, fabricated type anodized complete all as specified and directed.

S&F factory made 35mm thick factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid decorative type flush door shutter of size 30mm thick comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2 , modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and res istance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moistureproof and fire retardant. WPC to be laminated with PVC foil of minimum 14 microns thick of approved design pasted with hot melt adhesive on both faces of shutter and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws, complete all as specified and directed. (Note: stainless steel butt hinges and necessary S.S screws shall be paid separately) Aluminium anodised complete all as specified and directed.
