M&L for Periodical maintenance of 1250 KVA capacity DG sets at MH (Cummins) of DG set and ensuring smooth functioning of DG set complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Periodical maintenance of 625 KVA capacity DG sets at MH (Cummins) of DG set and ensuring smooth functioning of DG set complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Periodical maintenance of 180 KVA to 320 KVA capacity DG sets at KLP Pump House (Cummins), Raj canal Pump house (Kirloskar) & KLP Filteration Plant (Cummins) of DG sets and ensuring smooth functioning of DG set complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Periodical maintenance of 100 KVA to 160 KVA capacity DG sets at ILP Sig Centre (Make : Ashoka Leyland), SASF Birdhwal (Make : CG), Lt AD Pump House and MAP PH-II Pump House (Make : Kirloskar Oil Engine Ltd), STP PH - I (Make : Kirloskar Oil Engine Ltd) & New filtration plant KLP PH, KLP Dug Out (Ashoka Leyland, OPS Room (Ashoka Leyland) and STP MAP Ph-II (Make : Kirloskar) of DG sets and ensuring smooth functioning of DG set complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Periodical maintenance of 7.5 KVA to 82.5 KVA capacity DG sets at Armd Regt KSP (Make : Cummins), STP Mech, Intermediate Pump House (Make : Kirloskar), Kumaon PH, DH PH, CETC "A", "B" & "C" location, NKT Ascon Node (Make : Kirloskar Oil Engine Ltd), FOL Depot (Make : Cummins), Ashoka Auditorium (Make : Ashoka Leyland), MAP Phase - I Pump House, Old KLP Pump House, Vaidya Marg, Sunder Ji Marg, Near 6 (I) Offrs Mess, SI Unit (Ahoka Leyland) and Inf Bn PH (Make : Kirloskar Oil Engine Ltd) of DG sets and ensuring smooth functioning of DG set complete all as specified and as directed. . . Notes for Item Srl No. 1 to 5 :- (i) All necessary Spare Parts required for maintenance of DG Set to be provided by the contractor are as under:- (a) By Pass filter element with 'O' Ring (b) Oil filter element with 'O; Ring (c) Air filter element inner and outer with 'O' Ring (d) Fuel filter element with 'O' Ring (e) Fan belt (if required) (ii) The rate quoted shall include the maintenance & repairs and not inclusive of major repair / overhauling of DG Set. In the event of any dispute the decision of Accepting Officer shall be final & binding. (iii) All spares for repair are to be procured from manufacture`s authorised dealer only. (iv) All tools, testing instruments are to be arranged by the contractor including necessary transport. (v) The fixing/labour element for items catered here-in-after as “Supply only” shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate of this item.

Supply only distilled water to be filled in batteries complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only lubricant oil SAE 20 W - 40 for Top up and filling up the oil in the sump after completely flushing the old oil out of the tank and cleaning of the tank for fresh filling complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only coolent for top up radiator of DG set complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only ignition switch with key for DG sets of any capacities complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only battery cable of size 35 sqmm PVC insulated multi stranded copper conductor single core cable with necessary lugs complete all as specified and as directed.
