REPAIR & RENOVATION OF APFC PANEL: 2 Nos. :- Dismantling of defective capacitor units from the APFC panel after suitably discharging the left-over charge on capacitors to ensure safety of the working persons along with dismantling of APFC relay, indications lights, meters, A/M switches, MCBs including dismantling of terminations and existing hardware and rusted parts and various other items requiring change in the panel as required at site

Supply of 50 A, triple pole Contactor model MNX 50 or equivalent item to replace defective Contactor in the APFC panel. Make: - L&T/ Havells/ Schneider/ Siemens/ Any DJB approved make.

Supply of APFC relay, microprocessor based to replace defective APFC relay with digital display of power factor and other parameters to sense power factor through control CT and give phased impulses to contactor coils for switching ON-OFF required number of capacitors as per requirement to achieve target power factor. Make: - STANDARD

Supply of capacitor units of various capacities, rated at 440v, 3 phase, 50 Hz system complete with terminal cover, cable end entry, mounting structure, and hardware etc. Make: - STANDARD

Banking of capacitor units to form banks of suitable rating by electrical interconnection using aluminum bus bars or copper multistrand cables with lugs, tapes etc. to form banks as per requirement of various capacitor banks

Supply of LED indication lights of various colors to replace defective/burnt out lights. Make: - Standard/FTC

Fixing of all above components in the APFC panel with suitable fabrication work to accommodate new items in the existing feeders for alignment of components and ease of termination complete with hardware etc. as required at site

S.I.T.C. OF FIXED CAPACITOR BANKS OF MOTORS :- Supply of LT capacitor panel for housing 3 nos. capacitor banks for motors of 220 kW, made of 14/16 SWG sheet steel duly painted in Siemens grey shade and ventilated with louvres for cooling and consisting of following switchgears for switching and protection of capacitor banks. Make: - STANDARD.

Supply of TP aluminum bus bars links complete with mounting insulators, PVC heat shrinkable covering sleeves in red blue and green color as per standard practice and necessary hardware as required. For 220 KW motor.

Transportation of the panel at site and installation of the same on the ground with necessary hardware and civil work etc. as required at site.

Installation of various components as described below in the panel with alignment of components for ease of servicing and operation, complete with hardware, mounting structure to hold the capacitor banks and other components in place etc. as required

Complete power wiring for electrical interconnection of capacitor banks and MCCBs with multistrand copper wire of various capacities using lugs, tapes, cleats etc. as required and dressing of the wires with ties to hold the same in place for neatness and safety of the equipment as required

Supply of capacitor unit rated at 100 KVAR, for 3 nos. 220 kW motors rated at 440V, 3 phase, 50 Hz system complete with terminal cover, cable end entry, mounting structure, and hardware etc. Make: - STANDARD

Banking of capacitor units to form banks of suitable rating by electrical interconnection using aluminum bus bars or copper multistrand cables with lugs tapes etc. to form banks as per requirement of various capacitor banks

Supply of triple pole MCCB of 250 A capacity for operation and safety of individual capacitor bank. Make: - L&T/Schneider/Havells

Supply of Rotary handle and spreader links for 250A MCCB for ease of operation of MCCB. Make: - L&T/Schneider/Havells

Supply of Red ON indication LED lights to indicate status of capacitor banks. Make: - FTC/Teknic

Installation of complete panel on ground with civil work, if required, and necessary hardware to fix the panel on the ground, ensuring vertical alignment and double earthling of the panel with 25x5 mm GI strip and connecting the same to the main earthling system

Supply of 240 mm sq. 3.5 core aluminum armored cable 1.1 kV grade. Make: - Havells/Polycab/Any DJB approved make

Laying and termination of 240 mm sq. cable using necessary clamps, hardware, brass compression glands, lugs etc. as required at site

Charging of the panel after conducting megger test on capacitor bank, tightening of all nut-bolts, ensuring alignment of various components for ease of servicing, checking of earth resistance for safety of men and material.

Testing & commissioning of APFC panel and capacitor panel as per required parameters including following: i. Continuity and earth test. ii Programming of APFC relay for target power factor. iii. Meggering of all equipment's for phase to phase and phase to earth. iv. Checking of tightness of all nut and bolts. v. Monitoring of power factor
