Executive Officer Working Table. Providing & placing Executive officer working table made out of 18mm thick ISI marked Water Proof, Termite Proof, Borer free Plywood with 4.00mm thick natural wooden veeneer of approved shade on external peripheral part & 1.00 mm thick decorative laminate in matching on internal and under surfaces of table duly pasted with ISI marked adhesive of approved make all work as per directions and satisfaction of Engineer Incharge. Brief Specifications of table are as under: a) Table size 3000(W) x 1500 (D) x 750 (H) all dimensions in mm. b) All framework and supporting arrangements for table and top shall be made of seasoned 2nd Class teak wood duly primed with approved primer and finished with melamine polish in matt / gloss finish. c) The table top, side panels & front modesty shall be made up of 18mm thick ISI marked Plywood, 4.00mm thick veeneer on external peripheral part & 1.00 mm thick decorative laminate in matching on internal and under surfaces of table duly pasted. The 4.00 mm thick Veeneer shall be treated properly by applying primer and finished with Melamine Polish. d) CPU & Keyboard Arrangements. Integrated wooden shelf for CPU & foldable arrangements for placing keyboard separately made out of 18mm thick ISI marked plywood & 1.00 mm thick decorative laminate all around shall be provided. e) Under Table Storage : e1)One Under table Drawer type storage cabinet having 03 Nos. drawers. The internal dimenisions of top two & last drawers shall be 350(W) x 480(D) x 150(H) & 350(W) x 480(D) x 350(H)in mm respectively. e2)One Under table storage cabinet having 01 No. drawer and 01 No. Openable shutter type cabinet. The internal dimenisions of top drawer & bottom shutter type openable cabinet shall be 350(W) x 480(D) & 150(H) & 350(W) x 480(D) x 560(H) dimensions in mm respectively. The outer of above storage cabinets shall be made of 18mm thick plywood with 4.00mm thick Veeneer on outer surface and 1.00mm thick laminate on inner surfaces. All drawer, shelves, doors etc shall be made with 18mm thick plywood with 1.00mm thick laminate on inner surfaces. All Drawers shall run on telescopic channel set and Openable door type shutter shall have minimum 02 Nos hinges. The telescopic channels & hinges shall be of make Hettich/ Godrej/ Hafele/Dorset/ Ozone . The drawers and shutters shall have proper metallic brass/ Copper/ Stainless Steel/ Brushed finish handles of adequate size and proper seperate locking arrangements. f) Electrical & Other Accessories arrangements. The table shall have proper concealled provisions for accommodating Power, telephone, LAN, audio & video cables, electrical points with switches, sockets, ports for electric, telephone, Intercoms, LAN, Computer Systems, monitors, PBAX, Printers etc. of approved make and requirements.Suitable Space shall be provided for visitor chairs. All edges shall be sealed with 2nd class teak wood rounded moulding, Decorative Moulding or Grooves shall be provided in 2nd class teak wood. The edge moulding & decorative moulding shall be treated and finished with Melamine Polish. All work complete including Fabrication, nailing, screwing, pasting, transporting, loading, unloading, placing, finishing, setting, etc complete in all due respect as per technical specifications, directions and satisfaction of Engineer Incharge.
