OPTIONAL PART

Boiler tube leakage repairing including necessary alignment of coils, supply of all consumables including electrodes, filler rods, S.R and radiography(100%), with supply & erection of scaffolding with material(sky-climber compatible for Unit#8 will be supplied by DPL. Erection of sky-climber is the responsibility of the party. For attending tube repairing/alignment etc, erection of scaffolding with material to be done up to roof tube as per requirement if sky-climber is not available or out of order of not approachable.), supply of T&P, casting of refractory ( up to 1 MT), manpower etc. as per requirement.(per joint)

Manual cleaning of chocked A.P.H basket including ash removal, all consumables, T&P, manpower etc. on the basis of no of basket. (U#7&8)

Coal carrier Pipe Bend replacement during Unit running/ shut down condition- erection of scaffolding with material, dismantling of bend , alignment, rectification of leakage including supply of electrode, T&P, manpower and all other consumables etc. (U#7&8)

Coal carrier Straight Piece replacement during Unit running/ shut down condition- erection of scaffolding with material, dismantling of Straight Piece , alignment, rectification of leakage including supply of electrode, T&P, manpower and all other consumables etc. (U#7&8)

Replacement of coal burner- Dismantling of -coal nozzle tip, P.A duct for coal burner, and coal carrier pipe attached with coal burner, reach rod arrangement. Replacement of- P.A duct, nozzle tip, diversion plate and others, alignment, T&P, manpower and all other consumables including necessary Nut and bolt with washer, gasket etc. (U#7&8)

Repair & replacement of coal burner- Dismantling of- coal nozzle tip, P.A duct for coal burner, coal carrier pipe attached with coal burner, reach rod arrangement. Necessary cutting and grinding of coal burner. Repair of -P.A duct, nozzle tip diversion plate and others. Hard facing (hard facing electrode to be supplied by party), alignment, T&P, manpower and all other consumables including necessary Nut and bolt with washer, gasket, electrode etc. (U#7&8)

Repairing / servicing of L.V.F.O Oil burner total assembly- Necessary cutting and replace of guide tubes,F.O diffuser cone with flexible Hose repairing/change –if reqd.,ash & Clinker cleaning, alignment, T&P, manpower and all other consumables including necessary Nut and bolt with washer, gasket, electrode etc. (U#7&8)

Repairing / servicing of L.D.O Oil burner total assembly- Necessary cutting and replace of guide tubes,L.D.O nozzle repairing/change –if reqd.,ash & clinker cleaning, alignment, T&P, manpower and all other consumables including necessary Nut and bolt with washer electrode etc., gasket, (U#7&8)

De-metering of boiler tubes- (U#7&8)

P.M.I of material – per day. (U#7&8)

Ash cleaning &tit bit repairing of pent house , dead chamber ,duct, buck stay etc during shut down/running condition as per direction of EIC. (U#7&8)

APH gear box replacement including all consumables, Replacement of bearing, T&P, manpower, measuring instrument, scaffolding with material, re- alignment of motor with and trial run. (U#7)

Drop test for calibration of coal feeder-Dismantling/fitting coal feeder to mill inlet drop pipe, fitting/dismantling of coal carrier pipe for drop test, transportation of coal(mill to weigh bridge & weigh bridge to C.H.P. yard),preparation of chart, T&P, manpower and all other consumables including necessary Nut and bolt with washer electrode etc., gasket etc. (U#7&8)

Assembly of roller journal assembly (per roller journal basis) (U#8)

aBHEL make gravimetric coal feeder overhauling including consumable, T&P, man power etc. for removal of coal, inside thorough cleaning, servicing/replacement and complete fitting of one set feeder body liner, bunker O/L gate, feeder I/L and O/L gate, servicing/changing of belt, head pulley, tail pulley, weigh span rollers, inlet span roller, scrapper, feeder bottom plate, clean out conveyer and gear box, motor to gear box alignment for main motor, gear box oil replacement for main motor gear box and C.O.C. gear box up to trial run (u#8)
