Excavation in post holes or similar holes in soft/loose soil, not exceeding 0.50 m³ each, including getting out, returning, filling and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering, removal of surplus soil up to 50 m distance and making good the surface, complete as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for surface dressing not exceeding 15 cm deep, including dressing, levelling, handling of earth/material, necessary labour, tools and equipment, and completing the work in all respects as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for PCC 1:3:6, Type C2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate, in foundation filling of posts and mass concrete, including mixing, laying, compacting, watering/curing, all materials, labour, tools and equipment, and completing the work in all respects as specified and directed.

S&F steel work in tubular trusses, using MS tubes including special-shaped washers, cutting, straightening, fabrication, welding, drilling, bolting, erection and fixing in position, complete using ERW or induction butt-welded tubes conforming to IS 1161:1979, Grade St-240, including all materials, labour, tools, tackles and equipment, complete as specified and directed.

M&L for roof trusses (framed/trussed), purlins, crane gantries, rails, MS plates, bolts, hollow sections and fastenings including beams, angles, tees, channels, etc., including cutting, straightening, fabrication, drilling, welding, bolting, erection, hoisting, fixing in position and all necessary materials, labour, tools, tackles and equipment, complete as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of pre-painted Galvalume aluminium-zinc coated corrugated steel sheet, 0.50 mm thick, of approved colour, having tensile strength 550 MPa, with 150 AZ mass coating, for roof covering/wall cladding, including cutting, laps, alignment, fixing with self-tapping screws with suitable washers, necessary accessories, handling, scaffolding and all materials, labour, tools and tackles, complete as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing pre-painted Galvalume aluminium-zinc coated GI-based plain steel sheet, 0.50 mm thick, of approved colour, having tensile strength 550 MPa and mass coating 150 AZ, for ridge of roof covering, including cutting and bending to required shape, overlaps, fixing with self-tapping screws with suitable washers, all necessary materials, labour, tools, tackles, handling and complete as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer, including preparation, cleaning, removal of rust, dust, grease and other foreign matter, application of primer and two coats of approved synthetic enamel paint to newly fabricated steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, complete as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.50 m in width and not exceeding 1.50 m in depth in soft/loose soil, including setting out, excavation, getting out excavated earth and stacking/removing as specified, complete in all respects as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for brickwork with fly-ash bricks, straight or curved on plan with a mean radius exceeding 6 m, built in cement mortar 1:6, including soaking/wetting of bricks, laying, bonding, plumbing, levelling, jointing, scaffolding, curing and all necessary materials, labour, tools and tackles, complete as specified and directed.
