Providing and laying damp-proof course 50mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement :2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).

Extra for providing and mixing water proofing material in cement concrete work in doses by weight of cement as per manufacture's specification.

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters , buttresses, plinth and string courses , fillets, columns , pillars,piers, abutments, posts and struts etc.upto floor five level excluding cost of centering,shuttering,finishing and reinforcement:1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc and removal of form for - Suspended floors , roofs , landings , balconies and access platform

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C.work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level - Thermo - Mechanically Treated bars (ISI BRAND OF APPROVED MAKE) Fe - 415 or more.

Steel work welded in built up sections / framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required - in gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets,gates and similar works.

Providing and laying fully vitrified floor tiles of size 600 x600 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make (Nitco / Rak / Johnson /Asian ) in all colours and shades , laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete - size of tile 600 x600 mm.

Making khurras 45x45cm with average minimum thickness of 5 cm cement concrete 1:2:4 (1cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate of 20mm nominal size) over P.V.C. sheet 1m x1m x 400 micron , finished with 12 mm cement plaster 1:3 ( 1cement : 3 coarse sand) and a coat of neat cement, rounding the edges, making and finishing the outlet complete.

15mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix - 1:4 (1cement : 4 fine sand).

6mm cement plaster of mix 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand).

Providing and applying ready mixed wall putty (JK / Birla) of 2 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacturer on wall surface - water thinnable cement primer.

Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint - Premium of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade - two or more coats on new work.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacutre to give an even shade - Two or more coats on new work.

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc complete.

Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade - One or more coats on old work.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade - One or more coats on old work.

Demolishing R.C.C work manually / by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead.

Demolishing brick work manually / by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead - in cement mortar.

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead - of area 3 sqm and below.

Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead - for thickness of tiles 10mm to 25mm.

Providing and fixing ASTM pipes including all ASTM plain& brass threaded fittings i/c fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00m spacing . This includes jointing of pipes & fitting with one step ASTM solvent cement and testing of joints complete (Internal work exposed on wall ) - 20mm nominal outer dia pipes.

Providing and fixing ASTM pipes including all ASTM plain& brass threaded fittings i/c fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00m spacing. Sealing of cracks/porous concrete by Pressure grouting using cement slurry mixed with non shrink expanding grouting compound of CERA/ SIKA/ FOSROC/ Mc Bauchmie/ Don/ BASF or equivalent make certified & tested by accredited institutions. like IIT/SERC or so (Confirming to BS 8110 Part I), mixed in the ratio of 225g per 50Kgs bag of cement for injection grouting the RCC slab to strengthen the RCC Slab.

SETSEAL A-A per packed water proofing two part system coating over the rough plastered surface after wetting the surface including all complete.

Providing a layer of trowel applied cementitious water proofing membrane of 5mm thick nominal SETSEAL TANKING-A pre packed water proofing single part system over the SETSEAL APPLIED primer surface after wetting the surface including all complete.
