Taking down carefully point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete (fitting such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, etc can be measured separately) removing the material from wall/ceiling etc, removing materials from site and making good the disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc as per existing specification and taken as credit complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
