The overlaps shall be minimum 100mm on the transverse direction and 75mm on longitudinal direction. (v) Applying two coat of aluminium paint over the APP modified membrane @ 0.11Kg/sqm.

Taking down carefully any type of point wiring (light, fan, bell socket or power), complete excluding fittings such as DBs etc. but including switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fittings etc. and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, ceiling, floors etc to match with existing surface complete all as specified and directed.
