| 1.01 | Reconditioning of voltage stabilizer by disconnecting all the electrical connections of the 100 KVA & 150 KVA voltage stabilizer installed at LIS Ismailpur both on transformer side and electrical motor side by way of removing old rusted thimbles along with nuts and bolts.Repair of 100 KVA & 150 KVA manually operated voltage stabilizer by way of dismantling it at site by removing its top cover for extraction of coils from the casing sump with the help of chain pulley block, tripod stand and manual labour.Finding the fault and checking for proper insulation and continuity.Drying of the coil,lowering of the coils inside the casing.Heating of the T-Oil to make it moisture free in stabilizer by draining out from the tank to make it moisture free, filling of deficit quantity of T-Oil approx 100 litre in both the stabilizers. P/F of new top cover gasket set and assembling of top cover plate by providing /fitting of nuts and bolts. Lowering of the coils inside the casing.Dismantling the 30 HP motor of unit-I & III at workshop to extract the rotor from stator and bearing of driving and non-driving end. Reconditioning of coil by heating in the oven and then varnishing it. Assembling the motor and fitting of bearings as per sample and bearing sleeves at DE & NDE.Fitting of the pump and motor at base frame and doing suitable connection from motor to panel by thimbling it. Providing of grease, m–oil and gland packing in pumps of unit-I, II & III by replacing the old one. Complete job includes cost of material, labour charges, installation and testing with hire charges of tools and tackles at LIS Ismailpur. Cleaning the floor of the pump room with water The job involves removing of mud deposited in the pump room& operator room with the help of manual labour using tools and tackles and then disposing off the mud to suitable place up to a distance of 50 mtrs approximately. Checking for connections & then checking the continuity of connections. Complete job includes cost of material, carriage, labour charges and hiring charges of tools and tackles. Making the electrical connections of by way of providing new thimbles of appropriate rating/ size along with new nuts/bolts and testing of the 100 KVA & 150 KVA voltage stabilizer on full load at site.
Repairs to foot valve 10” dia of unit I & III and foot valve 12”of unit-II along with priming unit foot valve which are immersed in slit at LIS Ismailpur during flash flood at site by way of extraction/cleaning of foot valve by way of lifting it by ropes to the head load side, unassembling the foot valve and providing new rubber gasket along with nut bolts. Re-assembling of entire foot valve and checking operation with load. Complete job involves cost of material and labour charges.
Note: - The tenderers are requested to visit the site and quote the rate which includes the rebate on old parts as per site conditions.
