M/L for non skid ceramic colour tiles of size exc 0.18 sqm not exc 0.38 sqm and 7 to 8 mm thick (square / rectangular) as in flooring etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed/ bedding layer in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 75 mm thick cement concrete type C2 1:3:6 (using 40 mm graded stone agg) as in plinth protection and path laid in panels, not more than 3.0 mtr in length, laid to slope 1:30 incl forming joints 10mm wide and duly filled with mastic bitumen (01 part bitumen mixed with 03 parts of sand) surface, complete all as specified and as directed. S&F of pre-painted 0.50mm thick Gavalume Aluminium Zinc coating GI based corrugated / semi corrugated / trapezoidal steel sheet of any colour having tensile strength 550 MPa and AZ 150 grade as in roof covering/cladding to walls, fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F pre-painted Galvalume Aluminium Zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength 550 MPa and AZ 150 grade as in ridge of roof covering, fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 6mm thick non asbestos cement, corrugated or semi-corrugated sheets fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts in roofs, walls etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 6mm thick non asbestos cement, one piece plain angular ridge or two piece adjustable plain wing ridge orrugated or semi-corrugated sheets fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts in roofs, walls etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly steel or iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparing old painted steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing old or previously treated surfaces of wood or wood based materials of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint to match the existing surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing existing water proofing treatment by brushing with wire brush, cleaning of terracing by taking down cement concrete, existing plaster lime coba 80 to 100mm thick mud phuska/cement concrete/lime coba etc, cleaning of all foreign material such as fungus mass dust etc, roughing surface of corner to roof by wire brush complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10 mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound @ 0.20 Ltr/bags on roof surface when concrete is green, complete all as specified and directed (Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

Supply only integral liquid water proofing compound, mixed in CM as per manufacturer instruction, complete all as directed.

M&L water proofing treatment to roof slab with APP based modified polymeric membrane centre core 100 microne HMHDPE outer flim 20 micron each having thickness 3 mm weight not less than 3kg/Sqm with 100mm overlap laid as per manuacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge with following course of description below:- (a) 1st coat applying bitumen primer confirming to IS-3384-1965 @ 0.40 Kg/Sqm to be applied on prepared roof surface till the surface is properly impregnated. (b) 2nd coat of bonding material using blown type bitumen conforming to IS-702 of grade 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm. (c) 3rd course of laying of APP Based modifiedpolymeric membrane with 100mm overlap in longitudinal direction and 150mm in transverse direction and edges to be taken up to vertical wall of 20cm height inserted into the vertical wall concealed the joints with bitumen sealed. All joints and changes in all direction should be covered covered with cement mortar (1:3) mixed with SBR latex @ 200ml per bag of cement and cured well before laying the membrane. (d) Fourth course of apply a coat of bituminous aluminium paint @0.20 kg/sqm over APP membrane.

M&L for cutting grooves in brick wall, 75mm wide and 65 mm deep and shapping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar (1:3) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar or lime mortar including all quoins arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of rotational moulded polyethylene cylindrical vertical with closed top water storage tank triple layered WHITE COLOUR 1000 Ltr capacity with connecting nipple, hoisted and fixed in position on new or existing foundation and making GI tubing inlet or outlet connection, with and incl disconnecting and dismantling the existing un-serviceable PVC/RCC water tank on top of roof/slab of bldgs, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of 20 mm bore Gun-metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed, complete all as specified and directed.

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from wooden frames or stone, concrete or brick surrounds, glazed with putty or fixed with beads, complete all as directed.

S&F of 3 mm thick sheet figured glass pin headed type, not exc 0.50 sqm in each pane, duly fixed with oil putty or wooden bidding as required, complete all as directed.

S&F of 3 mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing type, not exc 0.50 sqm in each pane, duly fixed with oil putty or wooden bidding as required, complete all as directed.

S&F in replacement of stainless steel wire cloth 0.36 mm in nominal dia of wire average width of aperture 1.40 mm and fixed with tinned tacks of stainless steel wire staples to steel shutters or fixed with wooden beads to wooden joinery, complete all as specified and directed.
