Cleaning of Roof gutter including water outgoing holes at any hight of bldg, work shop and hangers and removing the materials leaves, vegitation mud or other waste materials to distance n exc 50m, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cutting /removing of plants and grass growth on bldg's roofs, chajjas and edges on bldgs,work shop, hangers (at any floor and any height) including spreading chemicals at plant roots area and finished the damaged area with PCC 1:2:4/ Cement plaster in CM 1:4 as required and remove the waste/ debris to distance n exc 50m, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning of Roof surrounding area mud, tree leaves etc including water outgoing holes at any hight of bldg, removing the materials (sludge) to distance n exc 50m, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down existing roof treatment of tarfelt or of any description completely as directed and removing the debris to a distance exc 250m and n.exc. 500m and depositing where directed

Brushing with neat cement slurry with 3.0kg of cement per sqm on roof surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm grade stone agg) as in roof kerbs,mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and as directed

M&L 25mm the averaging PCC 1:2:4 type B-O (using 12.5mm graded aggregate) as in levelling course etc

M&L for cement screed/rendering 10mm thick in C.M (1:3) over roof slab including parapets inverted beams etc. mixed with water proofing compound, rendering all as specified and directed and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as directed by engr-in- charge. Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid separately

M&L water proofing treatment with polymeric standard membrane of weight not less than 3.50 kg per sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non woven fabric (wt not less than 150gms/sqm) laid over primed surface by forced application complete. Shall be fused uniformly by LPG torch flame on horizontal/vertical/slope surface on roof complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Course roof treatment consist of as under :- (i) Applying one coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS-3384 @ 0.3 Ltr per sqm (ii) Laying of APP based membrane as specified thickness and weight (iii) Applying one coat bitumen grade 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm

M&L for preparation of surface and applying one coat of aluminium paint @ 100 ml/sqm over APP membrane all as specified and directed.

S&F 20mm thick hydraulically pressed cement tiles laid over and including 15mm thick cement screed bed 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound and joined with CM 1:3 mixed with 5% crude oil by weight of cement over APP membrane all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply only integral water proofing compound.

Dismantling of existing AC (corrugated, semi corrugated sheet) roof covering sheet complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Pre painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated /trapezoidal steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F 6mm thick asbestos cement corrugated or semi corrugated sheets in roof covering fixed with L or J type hook or cranked hook, bolts complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Asbestos cement sheet single piece adjustable serrated ridge for corrugated or semi corrugated sheets complete all as directed.

S&F 3mm thick Fiber glass reinforced translucent corrugated sheeting with two corrugation side lap fixed with coach screw and washer in roof, wall etc..

Providing & fixing of Armstrong mineral fiber acoustical suspended ceiling system with fine fissured (bevelled regular) edge tiles with Armstrong silhouette exposed grid system. The tiles should have humidity resistance (RH) of 99%, NRC 0.6, Light reflectance >85%, thermal conductivity K=0.052 - 0.057 w/m K, coliur white, fire performance UK class 0/class 1 (BS 476 pt-6 & 7) in module size of 600x600x16mm, suitable for green building application, with recycled content of 31%. the tile shall be laid on Armstrong suprafine 32 with 15mm wide T section flanges colour white having rotary stitching on all T sections i.e., the main runner, 1200mm & 600mm cross tees with a wed height of 32mm and a load carrying capacity of 7.5Kgs/M2 & minimum pull out strength of 100Kgs the 'T' sections have galvanising of 90 grams per M2 and need to be installed with suspension system complete all as specified and directed. S&F in repairs gypsum corner moulds of size exc 13 Sqcm & n.exc 25Sqcm of decorative type fixed over wall, junction and finished similar to ceiling complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Anodised aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling all as specified

S&F Perforated particle board/tiles for insulation and acoustic purposes, 60x60 cm in size, fixed with nails to timber frame work or with staples on snap grid

Demolition of brick/stone masonry built in cement mortar including all quins arches, pillars etc complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for walling of squared rubble masonry, regular coursed, Secunderabad type, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:6 including necessary face work all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item Sl No. 24 above but except stones.

M&L for Brick work with Fly ash bricks sub- class 'B' old size bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius in CM (1:6) work complete all as directed.

M&L for 10mm thick rendering in cement motar (1:6), on brick or concrete surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement, complete all as directed.

M&L 15mm thick rendering in cement motar (1:6) on stone masonry or other than fair face of brick or concrete faces finished even & smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L 15mm thick plastering in CM 1:4 on brick masonry surfaces in two coats Viz. 10 mm first coat and 5 mm second coat using WPC @ 3% of cement finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Preparation of old steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer, complete all as directed.

M&L preparation of new plastered surface of walls by washing down with water and applying one coat of primer and treating with two coats of oil emulsion distemper over two coats putty complete all as directed.

M&L for Complete removal of existing treatment of old surfaces of walls by scraping and washing down including cornices, and applying two coats of weatherproof antifungal exterior paint over one coat of priming surface over two coat of putty finish complete all as directed. Note: Rate quoted shall be deemed to include necessary scaffolding etc up to 5th storied building
