Repair / rectification for street light/ perimeter light/ flood light any type, capacity & make, to make the security / street lights in serviceable condition as intimated by JE EM/ Engineer-in-Charge after rectification/ tracing out the fault which includes removing of street/ security light fitting from LT Steel tubular/PCC poles/ Swan neck poles, refixing after repair, tightening of loose connection in ACSR conductor / with bus bar chamber / in DB, replacement of lamp, lamp holder, capacitor, replacement of connection wire not less than 1.5 sqmm or any other part and re-fixing in proper alignment on GI Pipe bracket or by other means as per site requirement including replacement of screws, nuts , bolts washers as required, proper connection with PVC insulation tape etc complete to keep the light in serviceable condition throughout the period of contract by repairing on time all as directed to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge Note:- (i) Worn out / damaged/ Unserviceable parts to be replaced shall be measured and paid for separately under relevant items of Sch " A' as supply only and fixing is deemed to be included under this item. (i) All the T&P and transportation required for the work shall be arranged by the contractor which shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate. Contractor shall provide the all type of T&P i.e. tools, insulation tape, ladder any type etc to electrician for attending the complaints. The quoted rate include the cost of minor items i.e. screws, nuts, washers for light fitting etc. (ii) The work will be carried out on at as per direction of JE/ Engr-in-Charge. (iii) An inventory for the parts/ spares which are found unserviceable and require replacement with new parts/ spare shall be prepared and kept in record duly signed by Engineer-in-Charge and Contractor. detail shall be maintain with signature of JE EM , Engineer-in-Charge and Contractor. In case of any discrepancies the decision of accepting officer shall be final and binding.

Supply and fix in replacement flood light of capacity 60 Watt energy saving & environmental friendly long life versatile pressure die cast aluminum with protection IP66 made out pressure die cast aluminum housing suitable lens & toughened glass with high power LEDs as light source with electronic chip and driver with the provision of double driver and additional surge protector of capacity 10 kv all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix replacement of three core copper conductor multi-stranded type PVC insulated and sheathed of 2.5 sqmm, 1100 volts grade and connected to the street light from over head line or Junction boxes complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing in replacement PVC conduit 25mm dia medium grade for fixing along the pole with 02 Nos clamps per pole the connections from junction box to street lights all as specified and directed.

M&L for supply and fixing new MS poles in replacement of existing unserviceable Steel tubular swaged poles, complete with cast iron plate, bolt, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-31 (09 mtr long) with 250mmx250mmx6mm mild steel plate continuously welded to Pole, bolts, nuts and screws and making holes as per requirement all as specified including factory painted with two coats black bituminous paint internally throughout and externally for embedded portion and applying one coat of red oxide primer, making 05 Nos strips each 30cm high with super enamel paint (Black and Yellow/white) from ground level/coping, up to 1.5M painting with two coats of aluminum paint for the remaining height complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Excavation, earth work and PCC in coping/foundation shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L for PCC ( 1 : 3 : 6 ) type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggreghate for foundation of poles and stay assembly, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying, replacement in trenches or fixing or passing through pipe,1100 volt grade heavy duty cable with XLPE insulated aluminium conductor ,served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanised steel of size 10 sq mm X 2 core stranded conductor, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (soil) to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in (soil) including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & laying of approved quality sand under cable upto 15cm before laying the cable and 8cm over the cable after laying, punned down to overall thickness of 18cm in trenches for cable cushioning complete all as specified and directed. NOTE :- Punned thickness shall be measured.

Material and labour for well burnt, old size Sub Class 'B' brick covering protection to the eletric cable laid dry flat transversally along the length of cable with width equal to length of brick complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement for junction box of size 300x250x150mm made out of 1.6 mm thick CRCA sheet powder coated front hinged door with openable and self closing arrangements including aluminium bus bar 3 Phase 4 wire system of size 20mm x 5mm fixed on SMC/DMC insulators and cable entry glands for connections and MCB SP 6 Amps-01 No all as required and fixed to poles with MS clamp made out of MS flat iron of size 25x5mm and including nuts, bolts and washers complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacment of smart integrated solar street light LED with built in mono crystalline panel, litheium ferro phosphate battery MPPT charge controller and PIR Sensor with colour temperature 6000 to 6500 K capacity 15 W all in one standard complete.

Supply and fix in replacement Off load change over switch four pole with sheet metal enclosure of capacity 100 Amps , 415 Volts,Ac with necessary nuts, bolts and washers including necessary electric connections incl taking down all as specified and directed

Supply and fix in replacement Off load change over switch four pole with sheet metal enclosure of capacity 63 Amps , 415 Volts,Ac with necessary nuts, bolts and washers including necessary electric connections incl taking down all as specified and directed

S&F in structural steel work conforming to grade Fe-410S as in cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections, including , nuts, bolts, washers, welding , bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat , one finishing coat of aluminium paint and epoxy coating, including taking down old corroded structural steel all as directed.

Comprehensive maintenance and repair of diesel engine of DG sets 63 KVA capacity installed at various locations, by periodical servicing maintenance as per OEM and BOO recommendations, repair including replacement of defective/ unserviceable spare parts, tracing & removing of any fault/error indication or meassage showing/ indicating on display screen, greasing to doors/ over hauling to various parts, cleaning of DG set, inspecting the serviceability of all parts and testing on full load after periodical service/ repair by manufacturer's authosied workshop , complete all as specified and as directed. (Spare Parts shall be measured and paid for seperately under respective items and shall be replaced on recommandations of BOO. The maintenance of above mentioned DG sets carried out will be measured as one unit)

All as per Srl Item No 33 above but DG Set of 40 KVAcapacity complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge (Note: The maintenance of above mentioned DG set carried out will be measured as one unit)

Notes for Sr Item No 33 to 34:- The BOO will examine the DG set at the time of opening of DG set by approved firm engineer or trained mechanic by the approval of GE, the following shall be covered as under :- (i) New spare parts and engine oil shall be measured and paid separately under respective items. (ii) Labour charges for replacement of old engine oil and old defective spare parts shall be deemed included in quoted rates. (iii) Cost of routine lubrication/ greasing to spare parts, lubricants/grease, tightening of nut, bolts and washers etc. shall deemed included in quoted rates. (iv) Cost of fixing and transportation of all components/ spare parts required being repair, of DG sets from site to workshop for repair and workshop to site after repair shall be deemed included in quoted rates. (v) Periodical routine maintenance/ checkup of diesel generator sets shall be carried out as per TI-04 of 1984 and maintenance record, prepared/ maintained by contractor and signed by concerned JE E/M, Engineer-In-Charge and Contractor. This maintenance record shall be produce to Garrison Engineer whenever asked. (vi) Periodical routine maintenance/ checkup of diesel generator sets shall be carried out as per following periodicity: a) Stage-I (Monthly): (i) Cleaning of air cleaner/ filter. (ii) Changing of lubricants and oil filter elements. (iii) Cleaning of fuel tanks and cleaning of fuel filter elements. (iv) Cleaning of radiator cooling fins and top up of coolant. v) Cleaning of line cylinder head fins, in case of air cooled engines. (vi) Checking of all electrical instruments/indicating or any other gauge i.e. frequency meter,voltmeter, ammeter, revolution meter, Hrs run meter, water temp gauge, fuel gauge etc for satisfactory functioning. (b) Stage-II (Quarterly): (i) Changing of engine oil, if required, and clean the pre-cleaner bowl. (ii) Check/ open radiator fins, and clean, if chocked/ blocked. (iii) Check button filter in banjo bolt of feed pump. (iv) Drain the water from water separator, if provided. (v) Check all external fasteners as per specified torques. (vi) battery lead connections. (vii) Check belt alignment and belt condition. (viii) Check turbo changer. (ix) Leakage in air take/ exhaust of exhaust piping (x) Lubrication to the turbo charger,Oil filter. (xI) Cleaning of fuel tank of any capacity for DG set 40 KVA to 63KVA any type(inbuilt in canopy/ separate storage tank) DG Set by removing all silt /dirt/ all residual, foreign particles any type etc, removing any type of leakage by welding/brazing and writing date of cleaning with synthetic enemel paint.

Replacement of old damaged battery lead with new battery lead of copper conductor of 50 Sqmm cross-sectional area, multistranded, single core, PVC insulated fitted with lugs/ terminals at one end and brass terminals at other end, complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: The battery lead replaced shall have colour as per colour coding. The brass terminal provided on battery end side shall be measured & paid separately.)

Taking out old defective repairable injection nozzle from existing DG set of 63/62.5 KVA capacity and transport to workshop for any type of repair, overhauling and calibration including installation back to same DG set, including testing, complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Srl Item No 33 above but DG Set of 40 KVA capacity complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Supply only coolant fluid of make as approved by GE suitable for radiator of DG set of any capacity/make shall be top up during compreahansive serviceing as per recommandations of BOO, complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply only Engine oil/ lubricant, 20 W 40 grade or any other grade as recommended by OEM of Engine or BOO suitable for DG set of any capacity and any make, shall be top up during compreahansive serviceing, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out FIP from DG set of 63/40 KVA capacity, transportation to manufacturer's authorised service centre and recallibration & transpotation to same or other location as directed incl. replacement of all necessary spare parts such as delivery valves , plunger , 'O' ring spring etc complete all as specified and directed.

Repair and maintenance of DG set control panel, checking all the electrical connections of engine/alternator/ control panel instruments ie lub oil, pressure gauge,temprature gauge, ameter, battery , volt meter,ac volt meter,ac ameter, frequecny meter etc, calibration of modules microprocessor, tightening all the connection, replacement of defective wiring & cable and lugs of DG set of cap 40KVA to 63KVA DG set and replacing of the following parts as under :-

Supply and fixing in replacement aluminium conductor steel re-inforced (ACSR) Ferret/of size 6/1x3.00 mm /of size 6/1x2.59 mm (weasal) and 6/1x2.11 mm of . for LT lines on concrete poles, stretching without kinks and bends, binding with (rates inclusive) binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of street light brackets and Light grade GI pipe 40mm dia and length 1.5 m , bend to shape at 120 degree and welded as required inclufing MS flat iron clamps, bolts, washers and nuts including painting clamps with primer and two coats of aluminium paint, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F DWC high density polyethelene pipes in replacement having 63/50outer dia mm, inner as per site requirement having corrugation on the wall and plain surface on the inner wall conforming to IS: 14930(Part I & II) for protection of underground cable laid along pole/along wall/in PCC on GL/roof and including all fittings as required at site including aking down the old unserviceable complete all as specified and directed.
