PWD road to Toradanali road for the year 2025-2026.

Providing laying and compacting graded stone agregate to Water Bound Macadum specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant,carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layer with paver in sub-base and base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achive desired density etc complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge .(WBM - III)

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen Emulsion [SS-1] on prepared surface of Granular base including cleaning of road surface & spraying primer @ 0.60kg/ 1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per clause 502 of MORD Specification for Rural roads including cost,conveyance,royalty, taxes, labour and T&P required for the work and as per direction of Engineer-in charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion( RS- I) using emulsion distributor @ 0.30kg/sqm on the prepared surface cleaned with Manual brooms including cost , conveyance , royalities & taxes of all labour , materials etc complete as per direction of Engineer - In - Charge .(On New Surface)

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion( RS- I) using emulsion distributor @ 0.20kg/sqm on the prepared surface cleaned with Manual brooms including cost , conveyance , royalities & taxes of all labour , materials etc complete as per direction of Engineer - In - Charge .(On New Surface)On old Surface

Providing & laying semi dence bituminious concrete with batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregate of specified grading , premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 graed of bitumen transporting the hot mix to work , laying with a hydostatic paver fin

Construction of Shoulder with approaved materials like Moorum obtained from locality with all lift and leads transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting with PRR including cost , conveyance , royalities & tax of all labour , material etc complete as per direction of Engineer - in - Charge .

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth upto 300 mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000 m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per Technical Specification Clause 201 of MoRD by manual means.
