Cost for Basic Service Charges, Comprehensive Operation, Maintenance and Repairs including Preventive Maintenance cost of Bagheri ka Naka Regional water supply scheme include, Pipeline, Motor pump sets, Chlorinators, Laboratory, Pump houses, OHSRs, CWRs, GLRs, PLC system, different head works campus, materials required for maintenance & repairs, Cost of material/ equipment spares, repair / replacement of equipment and labour, all other expenses such as expenses for patrolling, administration and management, permanent & temporary staff, running office, maintenance of all structures, updating of operation and maintenance manual, lubricants, consumables, etc. and all other incidental and indirect expenses, as per Scope of Work & terms & conditions for the works detailed in bid document or for works otherwise required as per good engineering practices for Operation and Maintenance of the entire system of contract for 3 years
