Construction of BT Road From Ananda Sahu House to Welcome Gate in ward no-12

Scraping cleaning the road surface applying tack coat using 3.0 Kg of bitumen for 10sqm an laying 37,5mm thick built up spray grouting in one layer using 0.45 cum of 25mm to 40mm size hard granite metal and 12.00 Kg penetration grade of bitumen for 10sqm with 0.12cum of 12mm size hard granite chips as key stone for 10sqm spreading over and laying including pouring and spreading over and spreading bitumen metal and chips and rolling with PRR including hire and running charges of PRR and all other machineries,cost and conveyance of materials but excluding cost and conveyance of bitumen,complete as per specification and direction of EIC

Cleaning the existing black topped surface with removal of foreign materials with brooms or soft brushes and finally dusting with old gunny bags and or compressed air to receive bituminous including cost and conveyance of materials T&P etc

Labour for applying tack coat including cost and conveyance of materials T&P, cost of Bitumen etc.

Providing and laying bituminous macadam with hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of grading II (19mm nominal size) premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen,transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per Clause 504 of MoSRT &H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision) including cost and conveyance of materials T&P cost and conveyance of bitumen, etc complete

Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete with batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of Grading II : 10 mm (Normal Size) premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen,transporting the hot mix to work site,laying with hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade,level and alignment,rolling with smooth wheelede,libratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per Clause 508 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision) including cost and conveyance of materials T&P etc.

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area,thichness of 2.55mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC :35 . The finished surface to be level,uniform and free from streaks and holes.
