Conducting detailed survey and submission of plan for felling/ Transplantation of trees, which includes:- 1 Preparation of KML files of existing, transplantation & compensatory trees. 2. GPS Co-ordinates of all trees 3. Submission of online application form- Bone-forest/e-forest/Parivesh or as applicable portal along with: a) Tree Préservation plan as per Tree Transplant policy,2020. b) Tree Enumeration list showing trees to be Transplant/felled/Retained with Geo- coordinates of each tree duly signed by applicant. c) Map showing location of each tree, trees to transplant/felled/retained on A0/A1 size with different color coding of trees. d) Declaration supported by documents about the number of applications made under Section of the Delhi Preservation of trees Act,1994 in that particular year regarding the same property. e) Boundary description of the project site. 4. Tree Permission Forest Liaising

Clearing and uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Transplantation of trees with in a distance of 2 km including excavation around existing tree, pruning of branches, lifting, loading and transportation of existing tree, digging pits for placing tree at new place, adding manure, sand, fertilizer, hormones and bio fertilizer to it. Levelled and neatly dressed and disposal of surplus materials from old existing and new sites to designated place. Each tree should be firmly secured to the stake so as to prevent excessive movement, flooding with water, treatment of roots, rope and gunny bags as per direction of the officer in charge. T&P and all required materials shall be arranged by the contractor and nothing extra shall be paid on this account. (a) Girth of tree shall be measured at a height of 1m above ground level. Girth of trees upto 50 cm.

Filling with available fly ash and earth (excluding rock) in trenches or embankment in layers (each layer should not exceed 15 cm),with intermediate layer of compacted earth (Soil density of 98%) after every four layers of compacted depth of fly ash, sides & top layer of filling shall be done with earth having total minimum compacted thickness 30 cm or as decided by Engineer -in-charge, including compacting each layer by rolling/ ramming and watering, all complete as per drawing and direction of Engineer -in - charge.

Supply and stacking of Fly ash conforming to IRC- 58 at site, including carriage, loading , unloading & stacking up to any lead (measured stacks will be reduced by 20% for payment).

Construction of Granular Sub-base by providing close graded material confirming to specification, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, Carriage of mixed material by tippers to work site, for all leads & lifts, spreading in uniform layers of specified thickness with mortor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-In- charge (a) With material conforming to Grade-I (size range 75 mm to 0.075 mm) having CBR Value-30

Construction of Granular Sub-base by providing close graded material confirming to specification, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, Carriage of mixed material by tippers to work site, for all leads & lifts, spreading in uniform layers of specified thickness with mortor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-In- charge (a) With material conforming to Grade-III (size range 26.5 mm to 0.075 mm ) having CBR Value-20

Providing, layering, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (size range 53mm to 0.075mm) to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in for all leads & lifts, laying in uniform layers with mechanical paver finishers in sub-base/ base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer- In- Charge

Providing and laying Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam using crushed stone aggregate of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site by tippers, laying with paver finisher equipped with electronic sensor to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers as per specification to achieve the desired compaction and density, complete as per specification and directions of Engineer- In- charge: (a) 50 to 100 mm average compacted thickness with bitumen of grade VG-30 @ 5% (percentage by weight of total mix) and lime filler @ 2% (percentage by weight of Aggregate) prepared in Batch Type Hot Mix Plant of 100-120 TPH capacity.
