Note for Srl item No. 1 to 10: (i) The Contractor shall be responsible for carrry out comprehensive maintenance for BOQ item No 1 to 10 above including replacement of all parts required to be replaced for the one year from the date of completion of work. The Contractor shall submit a letter from OEM/ auth vendor in this regards to Engr-in-Charge with copy to User duly endorsed mobile No of the authorised rep to whom the complaints can be logged. The unit rates quoted against this item shall deemed to be including above provision and nothing shall be paid extra on this account. (ii) The Contractor has to submit FDR for One year an amount of Rs 1,50,000.00 failing which shall be kept reserved from the 1st RAR/ Final Bill as the case may be as a gaurantee for effective functioning of complete system. (iii) The complete system shall be handed over to the Users immediately on completion of work for their use for COVID patients. (iv) Necessory T&P and Oxygen/ Nitrogen including other resources as required for testing will be provided by the contractor and cost for same are deemed to be included in the quoted rates.
